Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Virginia Beach (Oceanfront)

Great location! Clean room. Super comfy beds. The sheets are really soft. Breakfast is sooo good!!

It was great the staff was amazing and friendly my room was so nice I got two balconies and it was amazing I will definitely be coming back it was amazing f everything was walkable the beach was clean the water looks amazing I was so sad to leave.

Great time! They helped us with early check in and had the room ready for us. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall the stay was good. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had a nice view of the beach and ocean.

I didn’t like having housekeeping on the 3rd day of our visit as opposed to every other day. The A/C unit “energy efficient “ didn’t keep the room cool enough for a good nights rest

I enjoyed my stay here. This place is great for solo travelers. It’s extremely clean, staff is extremely friendly, and the room was convenient. The only issues I had was that the door to the patio was extremely hard to open and the shower curtain does not touch the ground, so it gets extremely messy and wet when taking a shower. The shower is a stand-in shower, so it’s impossible to prevent water getting everywhere without a proper shower curtain. FYI since most people do not know if they are booking through a 3rd party service: the incidental fee is $250 and to park in their garage is $15.90 a night. They took the parking fee out of the incidental fee. As long as nothing is wrong with the room, they immediately release the incidental fee. I checked out Friday and my money returned Sunday morning. I would definitely stay here again. Only a few steps from the board walk and there are so many places to see and eat nearby.

Clean room and nice staff.

The staff was very friendly and I appreciated having access to the hotel until my room was ready. The location was great and my room was spacious. The biggest drawback was the parking.The deck was expensive and not properly spaced making it difficult to get in and out (I saw two cars damaged while attempting to maneuver into a parking space). Overall, it was a positive experience.

The only complaint I have is the parking issue. If you have a larger vehicle it is really hard to park. So just be aware with that. They made sure everyone had towels and wash cloths and anything else you may need. We really enjoyed our stay.

All of the staff members were very helpful and friendly. We had a noisy ac unit when we first go there. Maintenance was up to our room within 10 minutes and fixed the issue. The room was very clean, bed comfortable, and view with balcony was exceptional. The housekeepers were very attentive on keeping the entire hotel clean and smelling fresh. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. The cooking staff were superior and very friendly. I cannot say enough about this hotel. From check in to check out, it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. We will be staying here again.

The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful When checking in. Our bedsheets had stains. The elevator moved very slowly.

The location on the ocean was fantastic. The complimentary breakfast was nice. We were delayed in our planned arrival of 3pm due to traffic getting into the area. Instead of heading to the hotel, we had to go straight to our event. I got a call at 11:50pm when I was almost at the hotel that our reservation was no longer safe, and the hotel was booked. I had nowhere to sleep at nearly midnight with 4 other people. I had multiple confirmations from my booking site and the hotel, but all of a sudden, now my room was taken. After I got upset on the phone about the situation, they said they had a room, could not give an explanation about the magical appearance of a room. The person on the phone was not present at check-in, and the person at the front desk only said - I didn't call you. The parking cost was more than I had agreed to when I booked the room, and no one would speak to me (including a request from my booking site) regarding the issue. Still no resolution or contact from the hotel.

Location. Hotel room doors did not shut properly. Key cards randomly ceased functioning. Parking garage was atrociously tight. Seattle's Best coffee was no good, at all. Loser, bigoted Karens were all over the property.

Very clean , easy access, staff was wonderful , beds were comfortable. We’ll be booking here again I only stayed for 2 nights and in my information paper that was given to me stated light cleaning daily .. trash and towels .. deep cleaning would be every 3rd day. No one got our trash that piled up and we had to go down stairs to ask for towels .

Everything was what you would hope for at a Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. Having a ocean front room made it better.
