There were bugs. The carpet in the hallway was wet which created a mildew odor

Everything was fine. The only issue was they didn't make my bed not once out of 4 days, and I had to ask for my garbage to be taken out one day.

Staff was great. Clean rooms

The staff was good The food service was horrible I ordered from starbucks my food was burned the girl was by herself she was so confused I never got my coffee just disappointed the beds are to hard my tv wouldnt come on my phone didnt work to call downstairs I had to use my cell phone the staff was uoung and looked confused the night staff but everything else was ok

The only complaint my family and I would have is there were no sheets for the pullout sofa. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had never been to Virginia Beach so we weren’t sure what to expect or where anything was. The hotel was quiet at night. We’ve stayed at hotels where kids are running through the halls all hours of the night. This hotel we didn’t have to deal with that. We would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future should we come back!

Rooms were clean and updated, very nice. BUT they charged for breakfast, so went elsewhere.

No complimentary breakfast or indoor pool a bit disappointing, but staff was very friendly and helpful with some special requests we had (extended checkout)

Came for two nights the room was very nice and clean and the staff was very helpful and nice

I loved that it was not pet friendly. With allergies to pet dander, it was hard to find a hotel that didn’t allow pets in your area. Thank you for thinking of us allergy sufferers. The room was clean and quiet. I will be back!

Nice place

I had a suite and the room itself was decent. I was extremely disappointed with the hospitality at the hotel. I was in town 4 nights for a conference and the staff NEVER came to do clean up or even take out the trash. I would see staff on the floor making rounds and would come back to a full trash can and the bed unmade. I had to sit the trash can in the hallway and ask for more towels on my way out one day. They replaced the towels, took the trash can, and STILL did not clean up. When I told the front desk attendamt, they gave me a very dry and uninterested response, not even offering an apology. I'm a Marriott rewards member and have never had this kind of experience at one of the properties. For almost $200 a night, to not receive the bare mimimum is umacceptable and I would not recommend staying at this property.

There was no continental breakfast, but there was a inside breakfast counter that supposed to be open for lunch and dinner also, but there was no staff to cover the evening hours

Good location It was under construction, that’s ok but we weren’t told that. The room was nice the bed was uncomfortable. The key to the room never worked. Had to use the master key twice to get in. When they finally moved us the air conditioner was making a horrible noise. They had 2 different groups there that had breakfast but we were led to believe we could order breakfast and was told no. Same thing at the bar. Could see they had alcohol but was told no they weren’t open
