This AC hotel is conveniently located to everything in Downtown DC. It's in a very walkable neighborhood and you can walk to virtually anything you want to see. Getting to it the first time is a bit awkward as the entrance for drivers is actually in an alley, but once you get the swing of it, it works. No microwaves in the rooms, but there is one on the hall next to the ice machine. Operating the shower was a bit tricky, but that's a minimal complaint. Nice and clean. Tile floors, so bring your slippers or socks. I'd stay there again.

Beautiful area, very clean hotel. Love the retail space you have places to walk and grab a coffee. Parking is hard to find and valet is available. It does get pricey with valet so do put that in mind.

There is also hardly any storage space in the room. No draws to store clothing in. Instead a useless long bench in the room.

Breakfast is moderate options but was excellent quality especially the berries and fruits

Check in was smooth even for a large group. The location is perfect as it has coffee shops and bake shops a few minutes down the road the view of the capitol was beautiful.

Had major problems and front desk staff completely unhelpful. Escalated to management and no one responded

Nicely walkable neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. The Smoke & Mirrors rooftop bar is lovely! Rooms were nice. Would have liked some shelves or a dresser to unpack. Very nice staff. 2 metro stations are about a 7 minute walk away.

selfserve $28 Buffet, with dried-out limited food ! plus expect tip on that? Charged us $9 for a bottle of water ! after we chevjed out which we did not even consume..When I asked about this I was told in a strict email how they took it very seriously to charge people and they paid. Like we were some thieves trying to get away with a bottle of water. We are doctors, can afford to pay $9 but a higher level hospitality business would realise the importance of good customer service. They won $9 but lost customers. We travelo to DC often for meetings Not to this place again.
