Courtyard by Marriott Washington Capitol Hill/Navy Yard

The staff was super helping and very welcoming. They really made a good first impression and, after a very long work day, it felt very nice to be so welcomed. They got me checked in quickly and efficiently and I was able to get right upstairs to my room. The hotel was very clean and the location was great. The only thing was that it didn't have a valet parking option but it did have a convenient parking garage which did make parking very easy. I would definitely stay here again!

I liked the room it was a breath of fresh air I didn't like how "two king beds" meant one king & a pull out & I didn't like how it was stated no where that breakfast was not complimentary

We was very pleased for a quick trip

We were there for 2 nights. After first night we were out of our room at 9 am and returned after 4 pm. Our room was not made up. As we had plans and we needed to get showered and dressed we could not have the room done. And it was code to 5 pm. I did not lie that and for that reason I will go to another hotel when we are in Washington

Absolutely great experience with the indoor pool and comfy beds. We had a great time and would visit again. Robert at the front desk is great and was so accommodating for an early check in. The bartender jazzy was so personable and made the experience even better. Would recommend to anyone

I would stay here again. The location is the selling point. Lots of food options and the Metro station in walking distance. Comfortable furniture in the room. Happy with the TV channel options.

Service was terrible. When I received the bill there were things included (drinks and food) that we hadn't had. When I told the man at the front desk he said he couldn't do anything about two of those charges, but that he was going to remove the other two. I then received another bill and to our surprise he had just changed those two charges to another one for a room service that didn't even happen. When I went to complain about it again, not only was he rude, but he also said he could do nothing about it and that if that service was there was because we ordered it. He didn't care that we were telling him we hadn't had any food, drinks or room service while we were there, and he didn't bother to check the times or anything else. So basically this hotel is making us pay over 50$ for foods and drinks we didn't have. On top of that, the room wasn't really clean when we arrived and the water pressure was terrible. We were very disappointed with the service, and the quality definitely doesn't match the price point.

Clean room. However our room was set up a bit awkward, not enough charging stations. Parking is odd, you had to drive around the corner, push a button to let yourself in. Not much was explained at check in, had to figure out that your keycard is needed to go up in the elevators. Had to ask where the pool was as well. The bed was very comfortable. Close to many dining shops,

The only problem was the bathroom door was dragging on the bottom and it was very difficult to open and close. Room 718.

The fab from the ac unit was very loud and kept us up from sleeping.
