Loved it perfect location Jon burger spot right in front is ABSOLUTELY FIRE

Everything was great, but the TV, worked súper slow, and would free ese of you tried to watch something.

Atmosphere and personnel. Just a remark: I had not in mind that there was an extra cost on top of the reservation fee. I think it should be stated more clearly.

I liked that the rooms were really clean and it had a restaurant and bar. I didn't like the parking price and thar it took over an hour to get tacos that I ordered.

Great stay. The bar was nice. Very convenient location. A couple of blocks to Metro. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Safe and walkable. Clean and modern. Not far from the white house and mall. A good place weekend home base. My only complaint is they advertise the roof top terrace and it looks amazing in the adds but it is not open to guests except as part of a function. The terrace is why i picked this over the others but it is still very nice for the above reasons.

I loved everything about the hotel, front desk, the food. Everyone was so sweet and so nice. I want to give a shout out to the Cook of the restaurant that brown sugar salmon is 1000.. I will always come back to AC hotel downtown. I love it.❤️❤️❤️❤️

The AC Hotel was in a good location, very central to the hot spots in DC and Arlington, VA. The food at the lounge on our arrival day was good. The hotel was very clean. I didn’t like that upon arrival when asked for water, the receptionist told us there were complementary bottles in our room and when we went upstairs it was two tiny 8oz bottles. I feel like after a long day of travel a full bottle should be complimentary or even to suggest that there was a lemon water dispenser in the side but she did not offer and we didn’t see until we were checking out. Our room was freezing cold and when maintenance was sent up he said he’s come back in 10 mins and never came back. After hours of complaining a space heater was bought up to our room since the climate could not be adjusted. On top of the discomfort of the room being cold, the bed and sheets were hard and uncomfortable. On our second night of our stay we ordered from the AC lounge and our steak was way over cooked and inedible to the point that our jaws were hurting.
