Eurostars Saint Gregory Dupont Circle Georgetown

Property is clean but well overdue for updates. The room was old and dated. It had a broken bathroom vanity and our AC was barely working. AC required multiple resets to get it to blow cold air, it was extremely loud when it turned on, and required to be reset multiple times throughout our 3 nights there. When informed of the poorly working AC, staff offered very minimal solutions. No on was on site to fix the issue, no room change offered and no compensation offered. No follow up was done with us to ensure that the issue had been fixed after we informed them we were able to reset our AC ourselves. Would definitely not stay again.

Great location away from the hustle of the touristy areas of Washington, DC. Close to two metro stations and walking distance to Georgetown.

Great location, spacious and clean room, comfortable beds. Alex at the front desk is super nice. Breakfast is served on menus instead of buffet. The elevator runs with noise and needs maintenance.

I did not like that the thermostat was set to 68 as lowest temperature, but staff was able to adjust it lower when requested.

Good location. Nice room. Bar that was not open given “events” and booked by third parties - not good to be turning away and refusing those staying. Breakfast with another group company - service was slow. Would not recommend breakfast at this hotel.
