Staffs are nice and the rooms are clean

Room was very clean. Front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. Every thing was very nice. Only issue was the mattress, it felt very worn and uncomfortable.

So the breakfast was horrible,it was cold and no flavor at all that was on Saturday..Saturday when I was trying to get my car the lady at the desk was very rude and nasty around like 12:30pm..and I want to know why there are no microwaves in none of the rooms at all..I ask to be on the bottom floor or close to it and I was placed on the 3rd floor...I am very scared of elevators...so over all it was ok,oh and the refrigerator in our room didn't keep our things cold at all...the valet guy that worked Friday night and Saturday night it was nice and very respectful

The stay went well, with the location being very close to the center and nearby attractions. I used parking through StopHero right next door, which was also convenient. The limited breakfast options might not be ideal for a two-plus-day stay

The location of the property is walking distance to many nice places. I don’t like that valet is the only parking option.

The location and the staff was amazing We had to go to another hotel first night and transfer next night which was a huge inconvenience after traveling 13. 5 hrs having to get up next morning and had to wait on room to be ready before checking in to the original hotel
