Perfect location for national mall, monuments, restaurants, and museums

The staff were great (friendly and accommodating), while the remaining of the hotel was outdated and in poor condition. We were at this hotel 15 years ago and not much has changed.

Loved location. Loved the Starbucks and the resturant. We did see a mouse. And the beds were hard. Wrinkles in hallway carpet were large.

The location and on-site parking are super convenient. Hotel was clean and comfortable. There isn’t much for nearby shopping and restaurants. You really have to go out of your way for those things but to be able to walk to the national mall and museums is wonderful. I was charged $15 for 4 bottles of water in the market for the first night, which I just thought was expensive but marked up being a touristy area and being in a hotel. But then I later bought 2 waters for $3.75 in the same market. Very confusing why the difference there. The parking seemed very expensive when I’m not going in and out and already paying a lot for a room for 5 nights. I’m sure it’s similar anywhere you go in the area but paying nearly $400 at a hotel for parking is a bit salty.

A fantastic hotel with an unbeatable location—everything is nearby! The check-in was incredibly fast (took only 1 minute), the staff were wonderful, and the room service was excellent. Highly recommended. CAR Parking Fee is high.

Affordable, comfortable, close to the Metro (3 minute walk), very walkable to all the sights around the National Mall (5 to 20 minutes, depending on the attraction). Friendly staff! Great breakfast buffet and restaurant.

This has been one of the best hotel stays we have ever experienced! The room was perfect, the staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, and the convenience of staying in this area made our trip. We will be staying here again the next time we are in DC!

Great location. A block from the Air and Space Museum and the nearest Metro station.

Great location and great staff

We had a great stay here! Hotel was clean and staff was helpful to change our checkout time due to travel itinerary changes. Hotel was also very quiet, especially considering it was busy. Comfy beds! The pool is nice and had a rooftop bar for drinks by the pool. There is a Starbucks on site so that was a fun perk. Metro station was close by to jump on/off during the day while sightseeing. Definitely check out the food trucks nearby for wonderful food or walk down to The Wharf. The location was perfect for walking to museums and monuments, but definitely bring your walking shoes. No complaints overall!

Where should I start? Honestly, I loved everything about this hotel. It was a nice walking distance from everything, including our destination in DC. It wasn't in all the bustling traffic, which was nice too. The parking garage underneath was great as well. Easy to get up to the lobby, very easy check-in with great staff as well as easy to get up to our room. Beautiful room, and the bathroom was incredible. I would definitely stay here again whenever I go back to visit Washington, DC. There is not one thing I didn't like.

The rooms were really quiet. The carpet was worn but it was still clean. Most of the front desk staff were very courteous and friendly. We wish the pool hours were a little longer.

Breakfast was great. The location was perfect. Didn't have bedding for pull out bed and took almost an hour and 2 cans to get someone to bring bedding. AC in bedroom didn't work.

We stayed here for one night after a concert. The entire facility and room was very clean and well-kept. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We LOVED that there’s a Starbucks right off of the hotel. The only complaint was that there was no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom, the holder where I assume they would have been was broken, which is probably why there was none, but that was minor and didn’t really matter since we only stayed for one night. Would definitely stay here again.
