I was so disappointed that the fridge was full and if I wanted an empty one ,I had to call to get a new one which ment it would not be cold for some time. Other than that what a great hotel and staff.

Very good service and location. Enjoyed a very comfortable stay and celebrated my friends bday 🎉🎉🎉

Property was great. The Warf location is a great area when visiting DC
-
Beautiful hotel in a great location But overpriced. From parking, Amenity fees, and room services it can be more expensive than expected.
-
Expensive but very nice hotel right on the Wharf. Staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Room was clean and large. We stayed for a week. Daily housekeeping was slow and often forgot to restock coffee. However when we mentioned this at checkout they credited the daily "amenity fee" which saved us a couple hundred dollars. Hotel restaurant looked nice but was too expensive for our tastes. However there are tons of dining options on the Wharf.

Aiden, the bell hop was the absolute star of the show. All staff were great, but Aiden really stood out. Super friendly and professional at all times. Remembered me by name after just the first encounter and always greeted me by name every time he saw me. Really made me feel at home and welcome. I have only stayed at the Intercontinental in San Salvador, El Salvador before and wondered if my experience here would be just as good. Did NOT disappoint. It is a great brand to stay with. They truly are top notch in their level of service!

Lobby Coffee/tea service needs to be available at times posted. I was there at 7 am and had to wait until 7:30 for coffee and had meetings on the Hill at 8 am.

Valet backed my SUV into a pillar in the parking garage. Tried to buff it out, unplugged my dash cam and do everything but be honest and tell me about it. Too late, it recorded everything I needed to know. Saw a lot of really nice expensive vehicles being left in their care, be forewarned! Their insurance better handle this well. $75 for valet service is crazy enough... my vehicle should not have been damaged!

Our stay was amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and our room was PERFECT! The robes were a perfect touch after a long day, and we felt completely relaxed for a good night’s sleep.
-
Beautiful hotel in a great location. Considering how busy The Wharf area is, the room was pretty quiet. Great view from the rooftop pool. I also loved they had a hoist at the pool which would allow wheelchair users to still access it. Nothing, aside from the price. Very expensive.

La mejor opción si vas a DC

The Wharf District offered plenty to do for a family with teenagers, plus a wide variety of dining options. The hotel location, staff, cleanliness, accommodations, and amenities were excellent.

Beautiful, spacious, super clean hotel on the Wharf—which is a great place to stay because so much is walkable (even Audi Field)! Room service closes at 9:45pm ET so be warned about that, and the pool doesnt have bar/food service that we saw. The pool also only has about 6-10 chairs so a bit competitive but soooo relaxing and clean!
