Clean room, great staff and comfy beds. Breakfast was ok.

The pillows need to be firmer

Wednesday desk agent was very nice. From London…Kammie was delightful too. Location was great…so close to so many restaurants.

Room was not quite what we booked. We booked a walk-in shower but got a tub shower. Also room seemed smaller than what we have had in the past.

I would definitely stay here again.

This is my new favorite place to stay while in Des Moines. Very friendly staff the moment you walk in. It was clean and had everything I needed. On check out again the staff were amazing. Very friendly. I forgot my necklace and didn't realize it till later. The staff went above and beyond to help find it. It had slipped behind the night stand so I did not see it when I left. I called and they went and looked and tossed the bed trying to find it. I was in tears but they called me back and they had found it. They were so nice and so helpful. I will be staying again and again when I am in Des Moines all the time.

Staff was excellent! From the moment we stepped inside the building until we left they were there and greeted us and helped us with finding things in the area.

This property is very conveniently located. But the hotel and grounds are showing its age, for example there a rust ring around the bottom of the sink, the shower had low pressure and the property needs landscaping redone ( no grass/ tree roots showing).

Rooms clean. No free breakfast. Pull out couch in the king bedroom is only a twin. Not big enough for 2 kids.

Extremely clean, fully functional venue close to everything. The staff was exceptional. Unfortunately, the Starbucks coffee was very UN-Starbucks like and we ended up throwing away $15 worth of coffee. That has never happened to us as regular Starbucks customers.

There was a yucky rust ring around the drain of the bathroom sink. The rest of the bathroom looked great.
