Clean and quiet room. We were traveling as a family with young kids, the pool was very small-half in door/half outdoor. Hot breakfast with several options.

Everything was great. We had no issues

Elevator was broken lots of people trying to use 1 elevator

Stayed here on our way to MN after a long drive from Texas. Such a nice hotel, room was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Location was also great with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Walking distance to multiple things. The lobby area is large along with the breakfast/kickback area. The thought of the kickback is fantastic but its a small window and both days we were not even there to enjoy. The price of this hotel on a weekend is insane for what you get. The rooms are dated. The beds are so worn they sink in the middle. The elevator has been broken every time we have stayed here. Its clear they dont want to pay to fix what ever the know issue is. This ended up forcing us to use the stairs for everything because the elevator at times would be a 15 min wait. Absolutely nothing was offered to comp the inconvenience of the broken elevator. The kickback is a small window, we missed it both nights.

Clean room, great amenities and staff. Enjoyed our stay.

Drury is always a reliable stay. The bed was so comfy after 10 hours of driving. The staff member who checked us in was speedy and kind. She did great with a MASSIVE group of baseball folks that seamed the place. The food is always great. The elevator was out of order, and there were SO MANY KIDS, but that was completely out of their control.

Good hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Very clean room.

Breakfast was excellent. Good location close to Interstate. Property is very well maintained and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. I have already recommended to several others.

Quick stop for 1 night. Very friendly staff and great location - it's nestled in a property like an outdoor mall. Experience a little affected by one side of the elevators being out, combined with a flock of traveling kid baseball teams, so we ended up skipping any kick back. 20 minutes from down town.

Clean room, good breakfast and dinner

The location was great. It was close, walking to several restaurants, shopping. There were a lot of people staying at the hotel so the lobby was very busy and noisy and a lot of action. The floor we stayed on was very quiet. The parking was crazy. The spaces were small and the later you arrived, the less spaces available for guests. The hotel was full of families that were in town for softball/baseball tournaments. Nice place for families with happy hour and breakfast available.

Very clean facility! Awesome location with lots of shopping and dining within walking distance! Excellent kickback meal and breakfast. Staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful.

On the plus side, the food setup worked well for our team families. We were able to make nachos in the evenings with the provided fixings, and the food was generally decent. The free drinks were a nice perk after long days at the fields. The parking lot was usually full, but there was sufficient overflow parking in the back so we could always find a space. The rooms were quiet and clean, which is important when you have kids trying to sleep between games. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was very popular and often crowded, but the kids enjoyed having it as an option. The biggest drawback was the elevator situation. On both of our stays, one of the two elevators was out of service. That meant a lot of waiting or climbing seven flights of stairs with baseball gear, which got old fast and would be a serious issue for anyone with mobility concerns. Fresh towels also tended to arrive late in the evening, which was a minor annoyance but worth mentioning. The surrounding area is a highlight: the donut shop, breakfast place, and Mexican restaurant nearby were all excellent, and having Crumbl Cookies close by was a fun bonus for the kids.
