The fire alarm with flashing light and loud noise started at 2 am and it took 3 hour to stop it. And there is no way to request refund. Worst experience ever!

Room was dirty and not fully finished. Bugs are never a good sign. Breakfast is stale cereal. If you can stay elsewhere do it.

The location was good. The bed was comfortable. It is old and dirty. The carpet in the room was stained and disgusting. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. There are mildew stains in the bathroom, all the walls are dirty and stained.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very outdated. The ice machine didn’t work. The air conditioning in the hallway was not working so it was hot. The address on the web page is wrong. It takes you across the freeway to the other side where there is absolutely nothing. I requested a side by side with connecting door and was unable to get that. They are basically putting band aids on broken bones. The place should be just tore down and rebuilt or something.

The breakfast waffle was decent. We had a terrible time. The staff that checked us in smelled of body oder. We had two rooms, in one the A/C did not work, in the second the A/C was covered in soot because it had been smoked in. All of the furniture was stained. This was not a hotel, this was a motel that they built a hallway on the outside of the rooms so that they can call it a hotel. The rooms all had windows to the hallway, super creepy. The bathroom had mold in it. The in room refrigerator needed to be defrosted. The TV was tiny and of poor quality.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. He was the best part of our stay. And while the lobby wasn’t huge, it seemed clean and welcoming. 1. The curtains on the window overlooking the hallway wasn’t long enough and didn’t block the light that was left on all night. 2. The bathroom was so gross that none of us showered. 3. Wallpaper was peeling off at the seams and the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust and grime.

The ease to access the interstate! There were cosmetic issues with the ceiling, door, under the refrigerator, and a couple other areas.
