The hotel rooms were very nice. I love the way the room was decorated simple but unique. The casino was great. I love the open bar areas and sit down dining the casino offers. the entertainment was great. Overall a 10/10 rating

FOOD WAS GREAT,FRENDLY STAFF. THE CASINO SLOTS AREN'T LOOSE LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN AND THE ROOMS ARE SHOWING WARE NOW. WE HAD 2 QUEEN BADS AND THE MATTRESSES NEED REPLACING. PROBALY WILL STAY IN MISSOURI AN GO TO ISLE CAPRI BECUSE IT IS CLOSE AND I GET FREE ROOMS THERE

I loved how welcoming the inside staff were. Nice,courteous, and respectful. The valet was so rude, that we have to get a different room on our way out of town now. I won't be returning to a hotel that the valet are allowed to behave badly then point to sign telling the guest to park their own vehicle. Not a great impression to make for guests. It was raining and the employee was afraid of getting wet. I was helping my friend into her wheelchair when he told me to move my vehicle up 3 feet so he could get in without getting wet. No tip for him. Rude and condescending. Sorry, I won't be spending the 4 days total at your establishment any more. We travel yearly.

The Hotel is beautiful. Rooms were huge. Staff was great. There were restaurants in the hotel and casino to choose from.

It was a great hotel but was not told on the website that would have a $50 deposit on top of the hotel and then the room I had booked was leaking water from the light socket so they was accommodating and offering a new room. Wish they would of Comp a meal or took some money off the room

Everything was great except it was 8 pm before I was able to try to get food and the lines were long and took a long time to gat but the food was great.
