Ive stayed here multiple times for a reason Leaving lol

The entire place is very clean,you are 50 yards from the entrance to the thruway and within walking distance to multiple types of stores..The staff are great.. During breakfast,two children under 10 came down during a nice,quiet breakfast and were being very loud.They were cutting in front of people and when making waffles,made a huge mess everywhere.They used an entire bottle of whipped cream on just their waffles then covered it all with more toppings just to throw it all in the garbage.They made a mess of the entire eating area on top of being very loud and the mother just watched it happen,the staff unfortunetly didnt want to confront the issue out of probably knowing what the mothers behavior would have been..Other than that,the beds are a little stiff but i love it there.

New hotel. Great location off the highway and across the street from Tops and Wegmans. Easy access to Buffalo and 15 minutes to airport. Beds squeaked and pillows were awful, but overall very clean and safe.

My experience at this place was terrible. I booked the hotel that very day—just before 6:00 PM—and arrived at 11:00 PM to check in, only to find that they couldn't locate my reservation. I had to call Expedia support to help me resolve the issue; I spent two hours on the phone—until 1:00 AM—before I was finally able to check in. They gave me a key card that didn't work for the room, so they gave me another one that *did* work—but for a different room. However, that room had only one bed, whereas I had specifically requested two. Then they gave me yet another key card—insisting this time that it was for a room with two beds—but once again, it turned out to be a room with just a single bed. It wasn't until 2:00 AM that we finally got into a room and were able to get some sleep. I do not recommend this place at all. It is a place where the staff is completely inattentive. The place is dirty; the sound the door makes when you enter is horrible; and the breakfast... It was the worst I have ever tasted. Do not stay at this place—ever.

Stayed here 1 night when taking a South to North roadtrip. It’s a nice clean hotel that checks all the basics when traveling; close to the interstate, clean, free parking, free breakfast. Nice and quiet. No issues. Would stay here again

The room was very clean. Check in was smooth and staff friendly. Conveniently located for our event in South Buffalo.
