Hotel is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Staff was great - will stay here again.

I loved the bathroom lighting and this was probably my best Hampton stay.

So, why the three stars? The bed was absolutely horrendous. It was so hard I should have just slept on the floor. I was so sore the next day. The bathroom, while spacious, had a pretty lackluster shower head. It was also magnetically attached so if you tried to adjust the shower head it would fall off. And finally, I could hear my neighbors and even those further down the hall all night long. Wouldn't stay here again due to the bed feeling like a wood board.

The staff were helpful; the breakfast was excellent with hot and cold options, much better than most of the other free hotel breakfasts i have experienced. The only complaint i have is about the noise. There were young children making a lot of noise in the corridor and you could hear a lot of noise through the wall. In the bathroom in the morning i could hear every word the next door occupant was saying to her child through the air-vent .

Very clean, good breakfast every morning, and staff was very kind and helpful. Only downside was pool are was out of service one of the days of our stay.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel definitely if you're staying in the Buffalo area.

Hot tub was amazing no kids in it which was great,because they shouldn't be anyways.Front desk employee was excellent and very friendly, breakfast was great also.

Location, all but one of the front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, fridge and microwave were a great help to me. Free parking was great too. Unfortunately someone's kid pooped in the pool so although it opened the next day I wasn't about to swim in it and the pool was one of ther reasons I went. I didn't like the very loud fan everytime the heat went on. The numbers on the clock by the bed were only visible when the lights were on, so at night you couldn't see them. At least the microwave had the time. I also didn't appreciate being woken up at 4:00am by a loud piercing alarm that turned out to be the battery dying in the smoke detector.

Exceptional

My granddaughters and I celebrate birthdays with an overnight stay at a Hampton. We look forward to the spa and swim. Unfortunately the spa, which is #1 on our list, was closed. I wish they would have emailed me so I could have rebooked at a different Hampton.
