All the staff were friendly and helpful (front desk, maids, restaurant server). We loved the free coffee and tea every morning in the lobby area and the free covered parking. We also really enjoyed the ability to walk to all the cute shops and cafes in the historic village of Williamsville.

When we first arrived, our room was not ready... but that was OK because management provided us with a free Breakfast voucher (which was phenomenal) and were extremely apologetic. The room was very clean and we had a great stay.
