Clean room, staff was courteous and willing to help in whatever need we had. Parking lot was well lit.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. They had fresh baked cookies and bottled water available and were able to offer a lot of suggestions on locations for dinner/music, etc. There is no hot tub. On hotels.com it says there is a hot tub and there are pictures, but the hotel's direct website does not show a picture of the hot tub, so hotels.com needs to update this. The shower curtain was 2 feet (or more) too short for the shower. The room and beds were comfortable but the table appeared to be moved from where it was supposed to be and was too heavy for me to move. There is a small fridge and microwave and coffee maker which was nice. I appreciated that there was drawer space and a closet. The food was good in the restaurant. The table that was misplaced blocked one of the drawers however. All in all, this is a nice hotel and I would return.

We stayed overnight and used hotels.com gift cards with no problem! Staff allowed us to check in early and it was helpful as we arrived into town early for a wedding! Wonderful room.

Peaceful, Cosy Amenities are good Close to the airport

This was a quiet and clean hotel with comfy beds. The bar and restaurant downstairs had some good quick food options. Would stay here again

The staff were very helpful & pleasant especially the Bistro staff were very helpful . The room was good but the sink was clogged , the manager said will send maintainance take care of it & reported later that it was taken care of it but we discovered that it was not & had to change room the next day which was inconvenient. I believe the house keeping should have reported this issue before since they supposedly cleaned the room.

Not impressed with our overall experience. We stayed at a Comfort Inn the night before and believe it or not our overall rating for the Comfort Inn was MUCH better than the Courtyard by Marriott

Close to highway but the property is very quiet
-
The clock was not changed for Daylight Savings. Through us off on our scheduling. No worries though.

The parking is very easy and they even have charging stations where you can charge your car overnight.

My Expedia reservation guaranteed me an accessible room with a roll-in shower. I travel with my 18 year old grandson who has muscular dystrophy. I bring a customized shower chair that supports his flaccid muscles. So whenever we travel a roll in shower is a necessity. I even called the hotel several days in advance of our arrival and they assured me that my reservation was for an accessible room with a roll in shower. They even sent an email that said my request was guaranteed. However when we arrived the front desk person said that all that was available was a room with an accessible bathtub. The clerk really wasn’t concerned with our safety. My grandson doesn’t have the muscle tone to allow him to sit up without support. Which is why we had the special shower chair made for him. The clerk acted very unprofessional, telling us that we didn’t have choice, that the roll in shower rooms were all occupied. Basically the check in staff had given our room to someone else. We were in town for the NCAA Tournament and really couldn’t go anywhere else because the town was booked. Needless to say our check in experience was not a good one. I got very angry and loud with the check in person to no avail. We had to stay in the room that was available for the first night. Then the next day the day manager was able to get us a room with a roll in shower.
