House keeping older Hispanic lady. Excellent cleaning and details to room. Mataniece still has not replaced t.v. in room. They saw screen is black on 1 side. Needs to be replaced.

Property is under massive renovation. Nice place. Good location. Well lighted at night. Only about 700 feet from Police department sub station.

The non-smoking room for full of smoke. Area did not feel safe! I canceled. The staff was very apologetic and helpful.

Overall, there is literally 0 bells and whistles with this hotel, but you cannot beat the price and location. One of our better stays in Winston Salem, and we have stayed at least 5 other times over the past couple years.

Did a 3 night stay, non of the rooms are non-smoking first night couldn't sleep my room smelled and the AC was hitting me right on the face staff was nice and understanding and put me in another room. This is not a hotel to bring your family, there are some suspicious people and activities, the showers are for small people, there's no sofas that you can make it into a bed. Shower curtains are too small and water gets under the tiles I am sure there are some health issues there.

GPS was all over the place trying to find hotel. No sign out front at all. Once located, its evident that this place is a rental area for locals, drug deals, and people just hanging around in the parking lot. I did go inside to confirm my stay rather than lose money by canceling my reservation. The girl at the counter was chatty with a guy standing there, so I had a chance to notice I had time to cancel. I couldn't give a lower score, but I wish I could have. There's even a grill someone brought out there for cooking out. Its just a Hood Hot Mess, not for family stays. There's locals, and their families basically living, and hanging out at this encampment. Kids running around on the balconies. I wouldn't have gotten any rest, or felt comfortable at this place, so I made another reservation elsewhere. "Save your money honey" Terrible place, dont was your time!!!!

It was godawful. The room smelled terrible, the property was filthy, and it clearly wasn’t safe to stay there…so I didn’t. I left and found a safer hotel.
