Very well managed and maintained property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only minutes walking distance to old town Yuma. Will definitely stay there again.

The beds are quite uncomfortable and have not been replaced in a long time. This was a second chance to see if they had improved, was sadly disappointed. Good location.

Loved the closeness to town and the freeway. Pool and Jacuzzi were great, breakfast in the morning, and a cocktail bar to unwind from the night. Close to downtown and local cute restaurants and breweries. Limited pool towels
