They booked a stay for about with about 150 soldiers and didn’t bring extra personnel in for breakfast so we got no breakfast no place to sit. They double triple charged my credit card still trying to get the money back now other bills are affected because of their negligence and of course there’s no manager to talk to.

Comfortable and well maintained. Quiet location and A/C worked perfectly. ( good to know while in Yuma in the summer. )

Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. Pool was not clean to use

There was meat blood under our refrigerator that made the room smell.

Staff was extremely friendly, breakfast was great, perfect stay overall.

The team was incredibly supportive- from assisting in a late check in, as well as finding me just the perfect room, and to top it off, they made sure fresh coffee was available in lobby early AM! The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and the entire building was quiet- just what I needed!

Extremely pet friendly! Excellent and helpful staff! Seemed remote. Kinda sitting there all by itself. But it turned out to be a GREAT location. Just a couple minutes to EVERYTHING. The TV was not working. It was stuck on ?? and couldn't change channels everything was off. Made the stay bad. Breakfest was just OK. Hotel was pretty empty. Maybe that was why

All of the staff was very pleasant. The room was lovely. It was clean, nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. I was also very impressed with the shower and the water pressure. I couldn't have been more pleased. The breakfast wasn't fantastic but the sausage was good and the coffee was good. I would stay there again in highly recommend it

Our second time to stay here. Room and hotel are nice but housekeeping and maintenance leave allot to be desired. There were no toiletries like soap or anything in the bathroom except in the shower. Nothing for handwashing. Leftover smelly food was left in the refrigerator from previous guest. And the shower fixture was broken with the adjustable handheld was inoperable.
