Very reasonable rates. Room was large and comfortable. Need to update linens- bedspread has multiple burn holes in it. Showerhead needs updating- not adjustable (someone tall would not fit under) and flow was very minimal.
-
Its very dirty. The bath its not in service. No have personal for service at the checkout service. No good 😡

We stayed just one night because it was close to the airport. The room smelled like cigarettes. They changed us to another room but it was the same. Avoid if possible.

It's an old hotel, so I didn't expect to stay at the Ritz Carlton...you get what you pay for. I was just here to pick up a puppy & they are pet friendly.
-
It does not have very difficult transportation service to get a taxi

Front desk staff was rude. Didn't want to honor Expedia reservation and pricing. Room was not clean, had roaches, and bedbugs. Do not recommend this hotel
-
What didn't I like the water pouring thru the ceiling and flooding the room

This was a last minute booking for one night and the hotels I normally stay were all full. Though I booked a king size bed, that is not what I got. The development was not clean (and I was concerned about safety). The room needed repair. Bathroom fan had wires hanging from ceiling, the toilet did not flush, cable wires sitting out; it just wasn't well taken care. I would not recommend staying at this place.

It's was good love that hotel

It had an awful smell right when you walk in the room. There is visible mold on the air conditioning unit, and there's also mold inside of the refrigerator and it has a really weird smell so if you keep anything unopened like a drink in the refrigerator that drink also smells like that. There's no exhaust fan in the bathroom therefore it smells awful one of the outlets doesn't even have a cover on it and you can't plug anything into it and the outlet beside the refrigerator will only take one plug and two of the light bulbs were blown. Is possibly the worst room that I've ever paid for and it was almost $70 which is ridiculous.

They did not have my reservation when I showed up and were not helpful at all in finding another place.
-
We cancelled the reservation as soon as we arrived and saw the conditions. It was filthy, damaged and run down.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Mid July when stayed and pool wasn't open.

We picked it first because it was supposed to be 6.3 miles from Pigeon Forge TN. It was 50 minutes in reality. It showed free breakfast. None. It showed a pool in the photos. Pool was covered and hadn't be opened this season according to the desk. Price on sign was 44.95, online as 54, cost 65. Room smelled of cigarettes and the TV signal was so choppy and pixalted it was unwatchable. Beds stiff and uncomfortable. Basically I have nothing positive to say.
