My room had bed bugs and when I reported the staff just shrugged it off. I stayed at this location plenty of times before and never had this issue. I left my room at 3 am

Room was ready and they let me check on before 3 Lobby and elevator smelled like Marijuana and the room smelled like cigarettes . Said they couldn't change my room because I booked it through a third party app.

Service as there was hardly any breakfast and the staff was not Cooperative in locating the specialized pillow my wife uses for the neck sprain. We forgot the pillow at the hotel and called them back in a few hours on the same day.

The room was clean. However, it says that is a No Smoking hotel and there was a heavy cigarette smell in many areas, let alone Marijuana smell very strong in the hallways, very uncomfortable. They do not provide breakfast as advertised, it's just coffee & tea. But room was clean, free of smells and staff was very friendly and courteous.

Location No yogurt or fruit for breakfast .we had to ask 2x for coffee to brew The hallways smelled awful, the pillows were old and stained, we had to bring the linens and towels down ourselves and there were stains in the lobby that should have been cleaned same day, right in front of elevator! Our room also had a lamp that didn’t work .

Our experience was unacceptable for several reasons: - Cleanliness and Odor: There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway, and our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. - Lack of Amenities: The kitchen was not equipped with pots, pans, or dishes. Additionally, there were no toiletries, such as shampoo or body wash, provided in the shower. - Breakfast Quality: The advertised breakfast consisted only of coffee and a small prepackaged muffin. - Environment: The hotel was very loud in the evening, and I did not feel safe staying there with my children. Despite my request to speak with a manager during our stay, I was never able to do so. If you book through a third party site you will not be able to change your reservation.

It was convenient to where I needed to get to. - No Toilet Tissue (Just awful thank god I had wipes) - No Facial Tissue - No Hangers - Only Outlets by bed worked - Smoke smell was very strong, as in you can tell smokers can smoke in there because the windows can open BUT that does not help.

The room was clean but i always had a smell of smoke in my room every night even though it was a smoke free building there was smoking everywhere. The breakfast was one horrible blueberry muffin and package oatmeal and coffee. There was not an actual breakfast very misleading. While the inside was okay the outside was in a sketchy area my last night i woke up at 6am to shooting. I felt like i was being constantly watched when i stepped outside in the parking lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would not stay again.

Staff was friendly. The room was filthy—floors were dirty (our feet turned black instantly), the bathroom had 2 bars of used soap on the top ledge, multiple black hairs were found in the stack of washcloths in the bathroom, and the fleece blanket had crumbs and hairs on it. It’s obvious that they didn’t do a very good job cleaning the room and based off the multiple bars of soap left in the shower, that wasn’t touched. Area is a little sketch at night (don’t make the mistake I did and walk to the 7-11 behind the building).
