We found ourselves stuck in the elevator after a sudden bump. We repeatedly pressed the alarm button, but no one answered. I pressed the call button, but it went straight to voicemail, asking us to press a number. To our dismay, the keyboard was nowhere to be found. We were forced to call 911 from the elevator. Throughout the ordeal, no one seemed to offer any assistance or attempt to comprehend the situation. I called the front desk, and the person informed me that this had happened before and that they had also called 911. That was the only response I received. I was deeply disappointed.

Any questions that I had regarding the area was answered. We had one issue with the safe as the previous person failed to unlock it. A maintenance engineer quickly came to the room and addressed it.

The staff was nice. The hotel and room were clean but the bed was so uncomfortable.

Breakfast was great and food staff kept everything freshly filled even though we had 3 buses of middle schoolers eating with us one morning
