Clean room

Hotel is fine, but there is absolutely no need to charge $32 a night for parking. You’re not even walking distance to anything. Absolutely ridiculous amount. Also they only had 2 ice machines and only one was working. Until they change their amounts to overnight park and not rob you go somewhere else.

The shower splashed water all over the bathroom floor, making a mess. Also, there was a loud noise early in the morning that sounded like a washing machine, which was very annoying.

Staff were very pleasant 😊

The only major downside was the swimming pool being closed without prior notice, So we were unable to change hotels. After a long day at Disneyland it would be nice to cool off in a pool.

Awesome service

The rooms were clean. BUT the pool was out of service. That is what sold us to get the rooms. That was a big disappointment. We were not informed by email or call about the issue. The most the hotel could have done was not charge for parking for inconvenience.

This was a great hotel for the price. A little too far for us to walk to Disneyland but for those who can walk a mile it would be no problem. The hotel was nice, clean and convenient. We will stay here again.

Short walk to Disneyland. Nice restaurants and stores along the way

The room was not clean correctly, there was hair inside the tub. the toilet had horrible stains. The shower was plugged and the shower head didn't work properly. The air conditioning thermostat was not working properly. We are not planning to return there. The front desk employees are very helpful and polite.

Great place :) very clean and the staff were great. The pool was closed when we visited, but it looked nice!

Great place very clean and staffs are highly dedicated. The only downside is the distance from everything and the lack of option like bike or scooter. Everything is at a minimum of 10-15 minutes walk

Check-in was super easy and fast. Customer service was great. Room was clean. The pool was not in service but we were offered the option to use a pool that was only a drive of about 4-5 minutes. It was NOT an inconvenience at all for us because we wanted to stay in the room with the AC since it was a very hot day. Definitely will be staying here again.

Parking is very expensive.

Staff was professional and kind The facility elevator pieces of rubber hanging from door and carpet in hallway outside our room was full of crumbs and the floor inside our room didn’t looked swept or clean. We picked up plastic strips on the floors. Floor didn’t look like it was mopped.

I enjoyed my stay but when I was there I wished the rooms were cleaner. There was a dead bug in the corner and it was a bit dusty. Most of the staff members were very welcoming and helpful. The location is convenient if you are going to Disneyland.

We had such a great time, if you are going to Disneyland this is such a great choice we were only 6 min drive away. The staff was super helpful and kind

One of the main reasons we picked this hotel was because of the pool. The pool was closed and we were not informed of this. It was extremely disappointing for our trip to CA! Also, they don't do any cleaning during your stay so our trash piled up to a comical amount.

The hotel/ property was great . There is a $30-40 parking fee per day to park at the resort which adds an extra $100+ to your stay . Other then that everything was great
