Absolutely beautiful place to stay! We loved it!
-
The hotel is new and really nice. Wednesday on, there is a restaurant on the upper floor. I will definitely stay there again

I had to book this trip last minute after my flight was canceled. It’s about a 20 minute ride from O’Hare and it looks brand new. My room, my bathroom and the grounds were impeccable. While it’s not a five star resort , it has tasteful decor, a nice staff and a good rooftop bar/restaurant. The negatives were: it’s In a bit of an industrial area- not much within walking distance and the gym is very small and sad.

One of the most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve ever slept on.

Very clean room with all the amenities we needed. Loved the Dyson hairdryer and the size of the room. Very comfortable bed as well. Staff was very polite and friendly. Would stay here again.

The restaurant was closed the night I stayed there and I had no car to find food. There was a party in that restaurant that blasted music until midnight just above my ceiling( I was on 3rd floor) which kept me awake. All in all a terrible experience.

Front desk staff were pleasant with great customer service. The hotel is beautiful with great finishing touches like Dyson hair dryers in the rooms. Would definitely stay again

Our experience with “Mike, the night shift manager”was absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we arrived to check in, he was rude, hostile, and disrespectful. When my partner simply asked a question, his response was, “I’m not talking to you.” We were shocked by the way he spoke to paying guests. The situation only got worse. Mike gave us a key card to a room that was already occupied. When we opened the door, there was a naked guest inside. This was a serious breach of privacy and safety that never should have happened. When we returned to the front desk to report the mistake, Mike showed no concern and offered no apology. Instead, he casually said, “Sometimes we give our employees a room,” as if that somehow excused giving us access to someone else’s occupied room. After this incident, we were forced to wait in the parking lot with our luggage for over an hour before finding a cheap room at another stay. This was especially frustrating because we had just arrived in the state for the first time, and this trip was meant to be a special surprise for my girlfriend. When I explained that to Mike, he simply shrugged his shoulders. As women, minorities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, we left feeling unwelcome, disrespected, and unsafe. Whether intentional or not, the complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and accountability made for one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.

Unfortunately, our itinerary didn't allow us the time to enjoy the hotel to its fullest; however, the time spent there was enjoyable. The hotel was clean, room was comfortable and contemporary, and check out was seamless. The One thing that stood out is the $75 early check-in fee that caught us by surprise. Overall it was a good experience.

It was nice interior decor Loud all night because of the roof top, thinga were in the hallway dirty dishes and bags the whole weekend we were there, one night there was some one kept banging in the middle of the night on someones door sounded like they were drunk but the whole stay it was not quite place very loud and noisy no one cane to clean our room or change trash or towels
-
It’s an amazing please, just note that you might have to pay a refundable fee when you get to the property if you book through Expedia. But it’s all good as it is refundable when you check out.

This is a beautiful hotel located in Arlington Heights. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, and the beds are very comfortable. It is important to know that this is a pet friendly hotel and this hotel often has weddings and DJs and events on the weekends. We knew this ahead of time and we requested a room on the first floor to try to avoid the event spaces because we were there for three nights and needed rest. The staff was accommodating. There is no free breakfast but there is a higher end restaurant upstairs.
