Room was clean but staff was below par for the price we paid. All three days we stayed staff was completely useless for every request we had we where met with multiple hour long waits and never actually got the help we requested till I would go down to the desk and demand the items while at the desk. All in all go to the hotel right next door don’t waste your money and time

Friendly, helpful staff. Lobby bar was nice. Bartender Bill was very friendly and accommodating. Outside patio area was very relaxing and was fun to sit there with a drink and enjoy it at the end of a long day.

Very nice property, 10 minute walk to Metro.

This was a first class hotel.

A neat and clean facility to stay for the night. The hotel is a very short walkable distance to Crystal City metro station, if you want to go to DC. There are some good restaurants nearby on an adjacent street. Being on the main road, the facility did feel secure.

The parking charge was not anticipated. It was a bit excessive for just parking overnight.

Computers were down when arriving for check in. Counter person was rude to everyone. Took forever to identify my confirmation and had to get Expedia involved

No maid service. Phone didn’t work in room. Had to empty my own trash, make my own bed, no fresh towels etc etc etc

Due to the weekend, it was extremely noisy and I was woken up a few times during the night by people talking in the hallways. The property is not a great value although ok to stay for one night.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Shuttle to the airport runs very early in the morning for early flights (as early as 4:30 a,) and is free (but pleease dop tip the driver)

Friendly staff, clean room and property. Location and airport pickup/drop were also very convenient. Room was a little stale and I couldn’t open the windows for ventilation. But otherwise excellent accommodation.
