Under major construction on the building. Large equipment, no parking, not easy to navigate. Room not ready on time. Not the staff fault the management should have shut it down to remodel.

The hotel was great, clean rooms that have been remodeled. Hotel looks like in middle of renovation and staff were very kind and helpful. We stayed in the king suite which is perfect for a couple with a teenager. Gives them there space.

Don't stay here, at least not until their construction is complete. We typically like Courtyard by Marriot, but this time was not a good experience. When we arrived, the parking lot was full of construction debris, even nails. There were only a few spaces available. I understand that properties need to be renovated, but they should at least clean up the parking lot of garbage so guests can park without fear of getting nails in our tires, but that's only the beginning. We went to the bar to have a drink, the worker didn't speak English and wasn't able to make a proper Margarita, not a big deal. That night, when we went to bed (10P), we heard people partying in the parking lot and playing music. I called the front desk, but the room phone didn't work, so I went down to the front desk to make the hotel was aware of the situation, but the clerk stated that these were the construction workers and that's what they do after work. She told me that they stay there as well. The construction workers were not speaking English, and when I tried to speak with them, they didn't understand me. On the way back to my room, I was confronted by a transvestite prostitute in the stairwell, speaking the same language as the construction workers. Obviously, Marriot supports the hiring of non-American workers, who end up behaving in a manner that diminishes their paying guests of a reasonably quiet Hotel room. How would you like to be confronted by a transvestite late at night in a stairwell?

The property is under renovation, so parking is limited and entrance is through a tunnel of plywood. The lobby was full of construction materials. The room I was first given had only been partially cleaned, the second room had several items that did not work (refrigerator/phone). In the end, I was moved back to the first room but had to wait in the hall for the first room to be cleaned. I would not recommend this hotel until the construction is completed. As an added comment, the Springhill Suites next door is also renovating.

This place will be decent after the renovations are completed. Right now I don't recommend staying there. The business center was taped off and not available. A side exterior door was left propped open at night. An open half used 40 oz malt liquor bottle was left in the stairwell near that open door. There appeared to be a lot of homeless people in the area. The room was very clean and nice. The bathroom/shower were also nice.

there was no breakfast, though and that was a bummer.

Not worth the price!

- Prepaid reservations were not honored, sent us next door to Spring Hill Suites where we were charged again The least that should've been done is to have been contacted beforehand and fully refunded.

We liked the location of the hotel. It was very quiet and pleasant. An extra bonus was having Carrabbas across the parking lot. Did not like having to order breakfast. Breakfast was okay but prefer the buffet breakfasts. The counter person was very nice.
-
The included breakfast was not available even though it was included in our purchase. All that was available was a counter. We were accounting for the breakfast for our family trip. Will not likely stay at that location again.
