The location is extremely convenient. The reserved parking makes arrival so easy. The loft is beautiful well appointed and decorated with fantastic art from the gallery below. We were traveling with two small children, and the four of us were very comfortable in the spacious loft and it was set up really well for children.

The unit was well equipped and in a really top condition. This makes it feasible to have a meal etc. We had a couple cool nights and a gas fire was lovely. Parking was terrific. It’s a busy town so a spot was important. I prefer not to have to figure out cleaning out fridge etc - for the price point I felt it should have been included as it is in other stays. It wasn’t a big issue but it wasn’t made clear (luckily one of us read the notebook). Besides, it is a huge waste to throw away untouched groceries like water etc.)

Modern 2 bed room 2 bath loft located near downtown Asheville with reserved parking. Short drive to Biltmore. All the modern conveniences. Everything you could want for a visit to Asheville.

Very well appointed apartment that has many of the comforts of home. Great communication with Michaela who was very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. The codes getting into and out of elevator and unit. Didn’t like the pillows, too thick.

The cleaning fee was only added at end of my booking and I thought the $200 was excessive. Our one night stay made it very expensive - probably only worth it for a 3 night plus stay.

I would say the main thing I liked about the property was the way it was appointed. It was absolutely the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. John, our host was available via text at any time and was quick to get back to us. the bed was super comfortable. I would’ve liked for the water pressure in the shower to be a little stronger.

It is highly likely that we will be returning next year for the “Irish Music Week” in Swannanoa. As has been our tradition, we spend two nights in Asheville before the camp begins. The apartment at Elevation Loft was the best accommodation, by far, for this that we have experienced. We will not hesitate to reach out for a reservation for 2025 and will gladly recommend your unique hotel for others. Nothing

The property is very unique and conveniently located. Check in was very challenging since there is no staff on sight and check in e-mails did not come through, while all other communications delivered directly to my inbox. When I emailed with concerns about parking due to our late arrival, i was not asked or informed the check in information with my door access code had been sent to me via e-mail.
