Easy excess to hotel, good breakfast, clean comfortable room

Nothing Dark and old. Not up to Marriott standards at all. Concierge was not helpful and appeared to be half asleep or something.

How clean it was, Kendra was very polite and helpful and was very respectful to everyone. I will definitely be staying again. N/A

Overbooked, broken laundry facilities, room was unclean, the shower was terrible.

No communication about power outage and not compensation

Cons: 2 elevator, 1 out of service. Washer & dryer, dryer out of service Our room was in floor 5, ice machine out of service.

Felt safe through out building and parking lot. Very friendly staff

Good; Clean and quiet. Bad: Elevator broken, only one bath towel, breakfast limited.

Bth elevators were not working and they put us on the 5th floor

The juice dispenser was out of order and waffle maker were out of order for breakfast. The overnight employee at the front desk was very accommodating to our needs and brought us extra pillows and an extra comforter quickly. The intake for our air conditioner was right where people were smoking so you could smell smoke in the room. Our kids liked the pool and hot tub.

We went two full days without our room being cleaned. After the first day, we specifically requested housekeeping, yet the room was still not serviced the following day. At checkout, the treatment we received from the front desk staff was completely unacceptable. Rather than taking responsibility, the staff member made excuses and attempted to place the blame on us for the failure to clean the room. We personally saw housekeeping staff working on our floor and requested service twice, but no effort was made to acknowledge the mistake or resolve the issue. This is a clear failure of service. We expect a refund as compensation. The level of customer service at this hotel is unacceptable and does not meet basic hospitality standards

Pillows, breakfast

Aside from my request to have a room without a standard tub with only a walk-in shower, due to my mom's age and knees not being able to raise high wasn't able to be accommodated we enjoyed our stay. At breakfast most of the options aside from the fruit had milk or cheese. It would have been nice to have had something hot to eat that didn't contain milk or cheese due to my food allergies with the amount of money I paid for a one night stay. Although, I did enjoy the hotel's indoor pool.

They forgot to refresh our room on the first full day of our stay. Left us with dirty towels which front desk did replace for us. We had to go get them and then put our dirty towels out in the hall.

Room was very clean, and the staff was excellent

Good to stay but breakfast items are not good

The moment I walked in my room I was hit with a terrible musty smell. My outlet by my bed did not work causing my phone to be dead the next day. There was active mold spores growing on the door to the bathroom in the pool area. Everything I touched that was meant to be white was stained and gross.. But I must say the team was super sweet and really tried.. Def feels like the owner isn't investing back in the the business.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t take advantage of breakfast. Hotel is in a very convenient location to shopping and restaurants.

Tv channels are as basic as it gets! If ya like TV not the best!
