Holiday Inn Express & Suites Asheville SW - Outlet Ctr Area by IHG

The room was comfortable and clean, No smells. The toilet needed fixing,it was running until my husband just turned off the water to it to stop it. The calking around the tub is in need of repair,it was peeling off. The microwave was very old and didn't look nice enough to use if u want to . The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. The pillows were good and the floor was clean. We did suggest for them to put more hooks in the bathroom to hang things on to dry or just to use for other things.

The location, amenities, and overall facility condition was great for the price.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Front desk guy by himself . No quarters for washer/dryer. Should think about using Shine Pay…so easy. Just load $$ on your app and scan washer/or dryer.

Breakfast was wonderful. However, I don't like the time limits now. I don't believe it is necessary to charge $50 ,per room for things we might purchase during our stay. I wasn't aware of this, and I wasn't pleased

Nice stay, but too bad that IHG points aren't honored when booked with a 3rd party.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved the comforter and pillows Our mattress was not comfortable at all. I thought it was just my opinion but my husband can fall asleep anywhere complained about the mattress also. Not hard, not soft just bleh!

We got to the hotel at 9:30 pm, the front desk clerk was very nice, our room was awesome, we had a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was very well maintained and had three fountains going into the pool, the spa was great, it was big and bubbles like a hot tub. Breakfast was different everyday which was great. Will stay again. The only con I would say is they don’t have cleaning staff at night to get more towels or things to the room, you have to go to the front desk for those items.

Just wasn’t a very clean environment. The poor guy working the front desk I think worked during our entire weekend stay. Really needs a good update. Can’t believe this was a Holiday Inn around Biltmore area.

Good size room, comfortable bed. Quiet area. Close to highways. Food options plenty full around hotel. Breakfast was a choice of hot or cold and plentiful. Would stay again.

Friendly staff, clean lobby, and clean room.

The room was clean and breakfast was great. However, we have 2 service dogs with us for my benefit, as I'm recovering from braining surgery. On this occasion, plus the time we stayed this past January, our room was the same, room 312. This is located next to the elevators. This is not a prime location for dogs add they hear and potentially bark at every person that gets off our on the elevator, which is everyone on the floor. I would request that on our next stay our room is further away from the elevator. Thank you, Corin Denmon
