This hotel was great. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast looked delicious, we had plans for breakfast so didnt eat it but it looked great and coffee was good. Gym was good. Room was comfortable and nice.

Spacious, comfortable rooms. Cozy bed, great shower. Very good stay for the price. Elevators were slow, was a consistent issue. AC would automatically turn fan off and thermostat had to be adjusted at night to stay cool.

Overall, it was a decent stay. The property was clean and well-maintained throughout. Having breakfast included was a major plus and a great way to start the day.

Very disappointed. We informed Expedia three days in advance of the location problem. Expedia declined to assist and sent us to Hampton. Hampton also refused to help. We elected not to check in because Hilton informed us that we would only be charged for 1 day and taxes. Greed over customer service is never a solution. I have fired Expedia and affiliates, and Hilton over this. I won't use either one of them again. It's a money game. The manager at the Hampton was HORRIBLE. I would not stay here under any circumstances. The location is horrible, there are abandoned buildings, low rent atmosphere. We did not feel safe.

The bed was comfortable Elevator was not available from 4th floor. It was also a bit jarring riding it up, with sudden jerks after stopping and long delays before the door opened. The blow dryer in the room sparked and started smoking as soon as my wife turned it on. We brought it to the attention of staff but it wasn't replaced. Overall, it felt pretty run down for a Hampton.
