Terrible experience, there was mold in the bathroom, room smells bad, pool doesn’t work and very poor service.

Run down property - certainly not up to La Quinta standards. NO breakfast whatsoever. Indifferent staff

Should have known from the torn up hotel sign outside to stay away but the rusty waffle maker might just be a health hazard.

The thing that caused me to rate the stay as 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is that after I ate a few things from what was left of the breakfast they gave out was that is saw a dead "pest" mixed in with the mini-muffins. I informed the staff doing clean up (because it was around 9:30 and they end breakfast at that time at that property) and their reaction was an unconcerned sounding, "wow." The sad thing is that I hadn't noticed the dead pest until I had already had a few pieces of toast. With me not taking a picture it's just my word, but hopefully no one gets sick from that or something else dealing with uncleanliness. That or more that might've seen something similar voice the issue with proof so that the property can work on addressing the issue.

Room was humid. Came down at 8 for breakfast and everything was completely empty. Pool was drained. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

Very clean bathroom and that's a plus with me. Carpet needs to be maintained better in the rooms.. My room was clean and nice, I appreciate the quietness.☕

Room was out dated and the ac was not blowing cold. Carpet in room was torn and looked like it was time to replace. Out dated room the carpet torn. The ac was not cooling. The cart to haul belongings needs to be replaced. Wires attached to it.

Front desk disgusting, very bad customer service Customer service, accommodation needs attention.

I did not see room. Refused at checkin in spite if showing reservation and receipt.

Enjoyed it to the fullest

They didn't properly clean the room, there was still food left in the fridge from previous tenant. Breakfast options were sad.

Mattress was stained and disgusting. Elevators were out. There was no "hot breakfast" as advertised. No staff would respond to complaints.
