Clean room but outdated

Excellent stay at very reasonable price. Great breakfast. Highly recommend.

Overall the stay was good, but the a/c in the room worked, but was extremely loud the whole time. When it cycled on it roared extremely loud, terrible night of sleep. It seems a very old unit. Will not be staying here again, and a shame, I like Windham Hotels. They just really need to remodel this one.

There was insufficient parking and limited breakfast available

Only thing missing was cable TV. We cast the shows we want to watch from our phones. It was a great stay and very convenient to the university. Nice restaurants within the hotel. We had a great stay.

The room was ok/ nothing special. I had to take the shuttle before the breakfast started. Some hotels will offer something to go - didn’t happen. It is a no frills hotel.

Parking and staff

The shower curtain was broken and barely hanging on. The noise from the air conditioning unit was absolutely awful! I wasn’t able to get any sleep!

The breakfast was good and more than I expected. And you made it easy to go and come back from the airport. Thank You.

Room was quiet. Suggest they serve real coffee at the breakfast buffet.

The bathroom could you a Reno but overall the bed was comfortable, room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly . Price is affordable

I asked where the coffee was. She told me she pointed the direction where the coffee was. They didn’t serve pot coffee. They served instant coffee they give you a little packs of instant coffee what disappointment that was. Go up to the room the coffee pot up there does not work. They had to get me a new coffee pot. I guess within an hour. I’ll bring food and cold drinks with me. They had a little dorm size refrigerator in there. I almost died so I had to keep going to get ice every hour or two to put in the sink with the drinks. Let’s see what else the shower didn’t work proper. I guess that’s all for now, but it was just a nightmare for me.

There was bed bugs in the room that was in 302 I had seen 4 it was on the fitted sheet took it off and rolled it up and put it on the floor

Convenient location near BWI and met expectations for the cost

Check in was time consuming because only 1 person was working the desk. She was also answering the phone. The tub was so gray & dirty, I wouldn’t use it. The ultimate was discovering the next morning after I checked out that I had bed bug bites. I made the reservation using Hotels. Com. They contacted the hotel & they were not willing to offer any kind of compensation. They said I needed to report it at checkout. I wasn’t even aware until we got to the airport. I wasn’t going to put this in a review, but because of their response or lack of customer service, I want everyone to be aware.
