The sofa bed was bad, need a much better mattress

The bad was that the lights sometimes did not work, the bathtub is both rooms were damaged with severe cracks fully through the tubs, towels were scarce as we had four people but they only provide two towels, and finally, Laundry machines were unavailable for all five days as someone abandoned their bad odor laundry.

Had a severe ant problem that resulted in us changing rooms.

Everything was fine. Would stay again if traveling through BWI.

Very clean and quiet. Limited parking. Luckily, my car was not crushed and melted as Chili’s threatened. Lol

The property was clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Check in/out was easy.

This place needs a major face lift. Furniture is old, curtains are old, the place looks dated, fiberglass shower had patches in it. The air conditioner sounded like a freight train. The have a small store but it was so poorly equipped there was next to nothing to purchase. Our luggage was delayed and they couldn't even sell us a toothbrush. Their breakfast buffet was at best mediocre. They should be charging half what they charge for this type of property.

WE had to change rooms 4 times - Room 1 - Smoking odor, Room 2 - Room not ready they sent us to Room 3 TV did not work Room 4 - Finally Ok

Bed was comfy, love that the parking was free, there were a lot of stores and restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was ok. The staff was not very friendly or attentive. The bathroom sink and shower drains were rusty (old) and some of the things in the room needed to be replaced like the desk chair it was worn and falling apart. I thought the bathroom floor could have been a cleaner, there was hair and shoe print dirt on it. There was no ice in the ice machine ls on 2 floors. The elevator wasn't level getting on and off so I tripped getting on but learned my lesson and stepped up after that.

It was dirty, carpets were worn. Furniture had body fluid stains on it. Excessive repairs were all over the room Overnight staff was rude. Even though I booked a King non smoking with a double bed, He refused to give me (2) beds. My son and I had to share a bed. See pictures.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms could have been cleaner. Only had two washcloths and two towels and we rented the room for a total of four days. We had to ask the front desk for towels and washcloths and toilet paper. The air conditioner made awful sounds.

I enjoyed the quietness and pleasant staff. My only issue was I didn’t have a refrigerator in my room and my dinner from the night before went bad.
