The room and staff were nice. The room ws clean and in a good location since I needed access to the highway. Early Sunday morning I was woken up by no7ce from other rooms. Possibly vacuuming from the staff or a resident. The flooring in ny room was nice but maybe the wood floors could have some additional insulation to prevent noise from traveling between the rooms.

Was very pleased with hotel and staff. Would highly recommend hotel. It was very convenient to lots of restaurants and to places I wanted to visit.

The Tim was very nice. It was clean and smelled good. The beds were very comfortable. My only issue was the ac unit was so loud one night I had to turn it off. I would stay here again.

Everything was great from the room to every staff member we interacted with. Will definitely stay here when in the Cleveland area again!

You can charge your card on hold or pay with another card/cash. All staff was superb and friendly. Piada restaurant is next door and open til 11pm. Parking in front and back This is a dog friendly hotel. This hotel have a pool table, bar, pool, fitness room.

I have stayed here before and I like the location and it is clean I had to change rooms due to a smell in the room. They made accommodations immediately which I appreciated.
