Just one night but all the important things were outstanding! Staff very helpful and friendly, room was comfortable with a BIG screen TV, and to my great Joy - the showerhead was awesome & water HOT!! A pleasant stay with lots of fun things to do nearby

First night staff was amazing. Day 2 the heated pool didn’t work and housekeeping didn’t come to my room. Same receptionist for both issues. Went to tell her about the pool. She said ‘ok but we can’t do anything about it right this moment’ which confused me because I stated that I was ‘just letting them know it didn’t work at the beginning of my statement. Then when I told her about housekeeping she stated ‘they typically come in the morning’ to which I stated I was aware and they were on my floor when we left the room to go eat breakfast. She then asked did I leave the do not disturb sign on my door to which I stated no. She then said ‘well they might not come today’. The two situations made my stay uncomfortable as I feel customer service should be better than that.

The staff were kind and friendly, the grounds were extremely clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that our beds were concrete stiff. I discussed the issue with the front desk and was told only some rooms are like that. I’m leaving vacation with a stiff back and haven’t had a good nights sleep since we arrived. If the beds were comfortable I would rate it a 5 out of 5.

Staff was amazing. A lot of the things in the hotel were cheaply remodeled (wallpaper by elevator) our office chair in our room broke when I sat down in it. Our phone in our room didn’t work. The room smelled musty possibly from an old air filter in the A/C. The pool water was clean but was were so grimy they need wiped down. The exterior door by the fire pit wasn’t working. A lot of little things that added up. Again the staff was so friendly and we enjoyed them.

Clean room and all areas. Staff was excellent. Did not eat breakfast, coffee was wonderful. Will stay here again whenever visiting family

The room was very nice and clean, we checked in and the staff was very helpful. We didn't stay long but we will definitely stay there again.

It is an older property and the hallways smelled musty from the carpet. There was no free coffee although the front desk attendant gave me a $10 voucher to cover a "fancy coffee" from Starbucks at The Bistro. The toilet was slow running which was inconvenient (I had to stand and hold down the handle for flush toilet paper). I reported it when I checked out so hopefully it will be fixed. The staff was excellent. They were friendly, attentive, and called me "Ma'am". It was very convenient to the Nutter Center (my reason for traveling), with lots of food options and shopping nearby. I will definitely stay again.

You need a few benches outside to wait for pickup rides-and not just one.There are NONE now. Bed was awful-had a BIG sag in it on both sides. I guess too many obese people had slept in it! Shower water pressure was way too low. Could not rinse all the soap off! Room was very clean and the housekeepers were GREAT! The housekeepers came every day which is a very nice touch. Like it used to be! Good job with the housekeeping! Breakfast was very good. Many notches up from the free ones at other hotels. You get what you pay for and your breakfast was great!

The staff was extremely cooperative when we needed to check in early! Water and snacks were provided. Room was large and clean with supplies in the bathroom. The restaurant and bar were a surprising addition to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
