We got in after 8:00pm but it did take awhile for us to get all checked in as it looked like someone was being trained. So we were patient but it took about 20 minutes from the time we walked in to the time we were able to get to our room that evening. My only one confusing was that on the

The rooms were a bit small but very clean. The pillows could use a bit of an upgrade. Laundry is $3 per wash and dry but could not get change at the facility. The staff was excellent! A special thanks to Tawnya!! Breakfast was great. The buffet is $10 if its not included in your room/stay.

All was fine! I thought the cost of the room for a Hilton Garden Inn was extremely high. I thought the Hotels.com would have a much better rate.

Did not eat breakfast. Was not included in room rate. For a Hilton Hotel - the bathtub was functional but was damaged as was the bathroom door. The unit on the wall for AC or heat was loud and kicked off and on. The thermostat did not work.

Can't go wrong with this place. I travel a lot.

This hotel is awful, the ice machine rooms have mold on the walls and ceilings (I saw this on the 2nd and 3rd floor) as well as the wallpaper is peeling. The bathrooms in the rooms are gross, didn’t look clean, the shower curtain had holes in it, and also has mildew on the ceilings. Our first night we had to switch to a new room because of a horrible sewage smell, in our second room the TV had no sound even when the volume was turned all the way up. One staff member told us they would have maintenance fix it, then when we followed up another staff member told us they don’t have maintenance staff and “apologized” the the other staff member wasn’t knowledgeable to that fact. I filed a complaint with hotels.com who attempted to reach the hotel staff but they didn’t answer the call or call back when I asked them to and provided my claim number. The staff was very kind and gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers, the food was borderline inedible and the server spilled coffee all over the table and on me when she was refilling my cup and didn’t even acknowledge it. Horrible experience.

Waitress called me “hon” more than I’d like but, other than that, all good.

Only major complaint was the water pressure in the showerhead. Could use some extra oomf!

Clean room and nice and helpful staff. My one complaint is that they didn’t plow the parking lot and it was treacherous trying to walking on it.

I had two rooms for three nights. My room had three individuals in it and nobody came to spruce up the room, empty the trash or give us new toilet paper. We ran out and had to go ask for more. The housekeeping came and made my bed put three new towels in there, but never put more toilet paper in. Luckily we stole a roll out of the bathroom in the lobby. The condition of the tub is pretty rough as well as the showerhead and probably should be cleaned thoroughly. The second room again, no services and when asked to come in and change the trash, the individual just walked in the room, and my dad was in there. Thankfully, he was dressed! If housekeeping is not going to service the rooms because we're staying multiple days that's something that should be told to us at check-in. The condition of the lobby was extremely cold. And I mean extreme to the point you can't even sit in there and enjoy the food or socialization. The sidewalks and the parking lot were not shoveled adequately considering this is a hotel. My family is handicap and there were a lot of risky areas that they had to maneuver. I was part of a three day activity in the conference room and knowing that all these people were coming as well as others for other conference rooms, the parking lot and the entranceways should've been better salted, better shoveled, and cleared out. Soaking tub was so nice and huge. Nice floor space and king size bed was nice.

Got snowed in and had to stay for the night, everything was great, glad I chose this location. Bree was absolutely phenomenal.

Bath had broken drain.

Close to family Pool was smaller than expected. Temperature of water too cold.

Pool was not working, shows hot tub on websites but does not actually have a hot tub, elevators were slow to open when pressing the button to go up to our floor, ice machine on floor was not working had to get ice from another floor, pillows and bed were uncomfortable. Breakfast was not a buffet but menu where you need to order. We ended up not having breakfast. Lighting in the room is minimal. TV remote would barely work on the tv without multiple click.
