The staff was super helpful especially since we needed tickets printed at the last minute. , The room and bathroom were clean. The grandkids enjoyed the breakfast and the indoor pool, this was their favorite!! Home2Suites is our favorite place to stay.

Great hotel. The staff at check-in were great. The guy explained everything in great detail and answered every question I had such as pool times, breakfast, etc. The pool was open from 8am to 10pm, and although it isnt the largest in size, it definitely was a nice amenity to have. The breakfast options were nice, many choices like waffles, eggs, biscuit and gravy, bacon/sausage, and a good assortment of cereals and breads. I chose the king bedroom suite, I think that's what it is called, and I couldn't have been more pleased. I was traveling with my child and grandmother, and there was plenty of space for us. The room had everything you could need, dishes and a dishwasher, sink, dining table, microwave, and AC in both the living area and the bedroom, which was great. The room was very clean, and the option to be able to shut the bedroom door and have just a little privacy made the stay wonderful. It is a pet friendly hotel, however I didn't bring my dog so I don't have much detail pertaining to that option, but it is a nice amenity. I would highly recommend this hotel, as well as room choice, to anyone, and will definitely be using them again!

The staff were very nice, the rooms really clean and the breakfast was as very good! My family enjoyed their stay.

Our stay could have been better but I feel like this the problems we ran into were out of the hotels control. On Saturday morning we were woken up by the fire alarm going off. Not fun at all. On Sunday morning we were work up by kids running up and down the hall screaming.

Great location to many downtown BV spots and local eateries. The breakfast had lots of options and were tasty! Night desk clerk Sonia was amazing, helpful and kind. No hot tub. No tub in room.

Very much enjoyed staying @ this hotel. Very clean, great check in staff, loved all the amenities in the room. Will make this my go to hotel while visiting Bentonville.
