WoodSpring Suites Bentonville

The hotel was the definition of sketchy. The pictures used to advertisement seem to be one room that looks good and the rest are gross. Our room was disgusting and the only that that seemed clean was the bed. The bathroom and tub had black stains, bugs and stuff all over the towels. There was hair and pubic hair in the toilet and tub. We didn’t end up staying the night as planned. We left as soon as possible.

The beds hurt our backs, the pool wasn’t on site, pillows were flat, had to pay $50 extra for one pot, one pan, 1 knife, fork and spoon. Didn’t live up to their descriptions.

We originally went for 4 days and then asked to extend the stay. They were kind and welcoming once we were on the property. It felt safe and clean to be in as well. We would go back to this hotel again.

Says pet friendly but only dogs. I have an ESA Cat and was turned down for my reservation.

Lucy the house cleaner was fantastic! Very willing to help. Well let's start with the checkin... 1: Waited for about 10 min before I finally decided to call them, lady answered, and said she be down in a minute. Okay probably busy cleaning no worries. 2 : The room... walked up to door it was open. Odd but no worries. Walk in first thing i do is pull the sheets back. Hair in the bed crumbs in the bed and stains... so now I started looking around the room cracks in the walls everywhere cock roach in the drawer. Only one I saw though will say. Then the bathroom door looked as if it had been kicked in could not shut it for the time I was there. I saw a house cleaning lady outside so I stopped and asked for sheets. She said the reason it was dirty was because she hadn't cleaned it yet which is why the door was open! She said she didnt know why they would check me in to that room. Well Lucy very kindly gave us new sheets and even helped us put them on! Also good luck getting your TV to work! Also DO NOT GO BAREFOOT my white socks where BLACK not even 2 hours in. Oh and maybe bring shower shoes nasty hair in the shower as well...

Live in kitchen with cooktop and full size fridge Cops are constantly harassing guests be it sitting in your own vehicle. They will approach your vehicle and ask for id. The reason was for loitering and warrants and drugs i kindly said no and they left but ridiculous

The room was clean but if your expecting to have Coffee pot in rm it does not and no coffee at all in Motel. They did have vending machine with bottle coffee but I like hot coffee in the mornings. And the only complaint I have besides coffee was the room next door little kids running down the hall and slamming the door often up until I am.

The lady at the front desk was AWESOME. She is a great fit for that job. Very personable. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the room!!!

I loved the location and the peace more than anything. It felt safe staying there. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated their kindness. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean, there was a large refrigerator in the room. Rooms a bit tired, in need of renovation. No kettle or coffee maker. Cooking smells in the hallway. The fridge door couldn't be opened all the way because it was placed too close to the wall. The neighborhood didn't seem very safe, I wouldn't want to walk anywhere from there.

Charles was the only good thing we experienced for the hour we were on the property. Originally we were going to stay for 3 nights, however the bed was blood stained, the tub hadn't been cleaned with pubes/hair and was leaking dripping rust. The room hadn't been properly cleaned with trash/food left behind on the floor, drawers and inside the burners and smelled overwhelming of mold and mildew. The walls were so thin that when we knocked on the wall to test the person on the other side knocked back. We couldn't stay here and requested a refund.

Our room was clean but the acrylic bathtub needs to be bleached. A coffee maker would be great. Speaking of great, Charles and Nicole are the best staff we've experienced on our cross country trip.

We checked in a 2 beds and they are okey but the cleaning is not okey I don't like room when they are dirty the microwave is really dirty and I need to clean it for my kids that they can make there a food and now I move to one bed room is still not cleaned is so di
