Red Roof Inn Bloomington - Normal/ University

The first room we were given was a smoking room and I do not smoke. The second room smelled fine. But the floors were sticky. The bed was good and slept well. The breakfast was very sparse. I guess that what you expect for a low price point.

All 4 times I've stayed here, the rooms were on the ground floor next to my car. It's located near the freeway, close to restaurants. The rooms are clean with small refrigerators and microwaves. Staff is friendly.

It looked like black mold around the bathtub., there was two of us and they just gave us two towels, two wash cloths. The floors were falling apart. Breakfast was a joke one bagel at a time, toast, or choice of two cereals one of the milks was expired, coffee and juice. It just went downhill we have stayed there before a couple of times but this time it was bad!

We had 2 rooms at the Red Roof Inn. One room the A/C didnt work properly and would barely run. The rooms smelled like someone had smoked in them. The ceiling tiles in bathroom were broken and water stained.

Parking is good. Bugs in room we stayed at. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Room very dirty. Toilet flush not working .. no complaints heard.. its a nightmare

I booked my son a room here a few times and he absolutely loved it. He said the guy that works nights is very helpful and customer service was very great. I know I felt safe booking my son a room there and very great ful to the guy that took care of his stay. And he said the breakfast was gr8t too. We recommend...

We were too tired to change rooms again so “enjoyed” hot showers before departure. 3/10

I did not notice when I made my booking and must be in smoking room.It was terrible.

Sheets were dirty. My wife found 2 long black hairs on her pillow and she’s a blonde. We were itchy on the ride home

Price is fantastic. Beds were clean. Good water pressure. No smoking rooms available. Slow internet

Pillows and ac needs updated it kept shutting off all night keeping me up wish I would have brought my own pillows

I think the price and ease of booking was fair for the accommodations. You receive some toiletries.close to restaurants (in walking distance). Room didn’t feel as clean. There was a stain on the bed. I saw an ant by the window. It was a little noisy from the person next door going in/out the room.

OKAY IF YOU'RE NOT DISABLED AND DON'T HAVE CHEMICAL LUNG DAMAGE AND HAVE TO WALK FROM THE BACK OF THE BIULDING SO DON'T USE BOOKING. COM THE ABOVE REVIEW

It was just a place to lay out heads for the night. Cheap room=didn't expect the best. You get what you pay for.

Didn't stay for breakfast. I woke up at 1 am and got the hell out of there. I only booked it because I wanted to watch the draft and smoke cigars. Yes that's right you can still get smoking rooms there.

Nothing it’s a dump The fact I couldn’t get a refund almost a 72 hours out from the date I was supposed to stay

First assigned room was not ready. Bed not made from previous guest and wet towels on the floor. Second room assigned the lock would not open. Finally the third room assigned was clean but smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.
