Comfort Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport

La habitación estuvo bien para una noche aunque se escuchaban los ruidos de los camiones que estacionaban detrás del hotel donde hay un estacionamiento muy grande. El área de desayuno deberían reponer más rápido y estar limpiando la mesada y el piso si a alguien se le cae algo. El piso estaba pegoteado con syrup. La personas dejan los vasitos con la mezcla de los pancakes sobre la mesada y se ve desprolijo para el área de la comida.La piscina muy buena, estacionamiento bueno.

On a positive note the staff was fabulous, very kind and friendly.

Not very satisfied

Needed to stay close to the airport for my travels. This was close and even being an older property it was clean. The staff was very friendly. Ladies should be aware that blow dryers are not in the room.

Our room had not been cleaned well (there were pee drops on the toilet seat). Would’ve asked to change rooms right away but we got in in the middle of the night and the front desk staff was not friendly. Shuttle drivers were great though.

We were able to make an earlier rental car drop off because we could easily get the shuttle back to the hotel. My family enjoyed the indoor pool, jacuzzi, and exercise room on site. We were able to take a “to go breakfast bag” since we would be leaving too early to get breakfast! The beds were so comfy and the shower felt amazing after a long trip! Thanks again for going above and beyond, we needed it!

Room was good and swimming pool was nice. Front desk staff did not seem to enjoy their jobs too much but were not rude, just didn't seem too happy to be there. Our major complaint was that we asked for a crib for our toddler which was provided, but they did not have sheets for the crib mattress and gave us a flat sheet for a queen sized bed to lay over top. This was fine for our toddler but would not have been acceptable for a younger infant/baby as it was not tight fitting now matter what we did to secure it. Maybe something the property can look into purchasing as it is also a safety issue.

The coffee in the morning was cold. The door lock was wobbly and barely hanging on. The seat cushions in the lobby were dirty. The pillows were so small.

The drain in the bath tub needs attention; it is partially clogged, so taking a shower involved standing in water up to and over my ankles. Water was still draining long after getting out of the tub. Being an allergy sufferer, I always check room air filters first thing. The filters in the Heating and Cooling unit are damaged and need to be replaced. The filters were totally clogged, so I removed and washed them out. It would be nice to have fruit available for breakfast. Not a fan of sausage, so it would have been nice to offer bacon too.

Breakfast was also no frills but got the job done.

Close to Horton's for snacks. Excellent Shuttle service. Driver returned with misplaced purse.

When you took a shower, the water didn’t come out that much. It sucks.

We came back after 9pm and checked in. Room was warm, a/c was turned on, bathroom was not clean and had a bad odor in it. No bottled water at all in the soft drink machines. Shower curtain was extremely wrinkled, looked like it was left in a dryer for a while! Do not recommend this hotel at all! I typically do not leave negative reviews but I really would like to be honest for those people that rely on reviews before they book a room here.

Place smells like cigarettes and was rushed, room didn’t have working air system and “no other rooms available”, refused to refund me (cause I went through Expedia) couldn’t even offer us 1 dang water bottle. NEVER AGAIN!

The breakfast, was good and plentiful.
