Hotel needs updated and maintenance. Outlets were so loose adapters would not stay plugged in. Also, always check if there is soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bottles. Get in the shower and only shampoo.

The staff were so friendly and kind. Made the experience better walking in after a long drive in. The room was clean and honestly extremely comfortable beds, amenities were great, and the Bistro was a great touch to the hotel. Best wishes to the staff as they serve North Canton, and would highly recommend for future guests.

The front desk staff at check-in was fantastic. Alot of their systems were down and she just carried on smoothly. The room was very nice. They have a refrigerator, a nice TV, AC. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety of food. Check out is at noon, which allowed us to sleep in and not rush.

The pull out sofa is a twin size! These rooms will not fit 6 people. My two young kids couldn’t fit together on the pull out and had to sleep on the floor.

Stayed here on short notice for baseball tournament. Fairly new renovations to common areas and rooms. Shower was hot, had good pressure and room was clean. The other entrances were propped open with a rock so I removed it since that's a security issue that should have sensors on the doors to alert staff.

I stayed for the airport shuttle and the gal was late. Luckily, the security line moved pretty quick. I left too early for the breakfast.

didnt provide breakfast. My room smelled of heavy CAT&DOG smell. Very frustrating as there is other rooms that didnt. Asked the front desk to provide a better smelling room, an was told because I used booking.com they couldn"t move me. the room needs a professional cleaning
