Chattanooga Heritage Inn

The highlight of our stay was being able to eat dinner every night at City Cafe Diner.

Beautiful and quite area.

Run down facility, musky room, tiny beds. Avoid if you can.

Staff was so very kind and helpful. They’re remodeling rooms. We had an older one but it was clean and fresh. Would definitely stay again.

The food and service in the attached restaurant was good. Parking was easy and plentiful.

Do not get the hot tub room because it is filthy with white stuff in it and they don’t clean the room also another hidden gem be prepared to pay a 100.00 deposit fee that you will have to stay there until they check the room before you get on your way

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The TV did not work so the gentleman from the front desk came and swapped it out with a different TV. Unfortunately, I could not adjust the volume on it and it would not shut off so my wife and myself had to sleep with the TV on all night. Luckily, I managed to find a channel that had no volume, but it still was fairly bright in the room for sleeping. With that said, yes, we would stay there again

The room did not have any hot water, half of the room disnt have power and the phone did not work. It smelled very strong of pinsol in the room but the floors were dirty and surfaces were dirty. The door also doesn't meet the frame in places and allowing you to see outside. The hot tub was dated and the white fixtures stained and dirty. The bed was EXTREMELY hard. I got a refund and did not stay.

Rooms were dirty, mold on the toilet seat, location was sketchy. I wouldn’t take kids. Cafe inside said 24/7 but closed early. Busy street with lots of noise, lots of police sirens. Beds were somewhat comfortable but the place in general was dirty and sketchy. Doesn’t look like the pictures for sure.

Nice rooms, close to the airport. I’d book there again.

Our stay was nice. Clean room and comfy beds. The restaurant next door was awesome! All of the staff we met were very friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay.

Registration staff was friendly but the 2 rooms we had were dirty, particularly the carpet. My one year old son's feet and legs were black from dirt in the carpets and my husband's allergies acted up horribly inside of the room. Rooms had a very old, musty smell. Fortunately we only needed the room for the beds to break up a long trip, so they did the job, but we couldn't imagine staying longer than a night.

The room was not cleaned properly. They were old garbage when we accidentally move the bed while lloking for our key card. Old candies and stuff hidded beside the bed and by the head board.
