We have stayed twice now and never had any problems.

The property, lobby, fitness center, pool, and room were all horrible. This is a very run down little motel. It is def not worth the $169/night that I paid to stay for four nights. There were multiple unhoused people roaming the property and at the pool, coming into the lobby and that made it feel even more unsafe. The room was run down and damp. Even with the a/c running constantly for the four nights/five days all of our clothes and the bedding was damp the entire stay. The tiny hair dryer started burning my hand after being on for a few minutes and then started smoking so I turned it off and unplugged it as to not start a fire. The towels and sheets were stained. Overall and absolutely horrible experience.

The staff was fast and friendly. The beds were crazy comfortable and best pillows ever. Very clean. Ice cold air and room darkened nicely. Our room smelled terribly musty/moldy. We were so tired from traveling though we didn’t say anything and just went to bed.

I can't say much about the other rooms, but #228 had what I hope were water stains on the ceiling. The room smelled of wet dog—like an actual dog—because I assume previous tenants had a dog in the room. The AC unit made a loud ticking sound, making it hard to sleep after driving for hours. And breakfast seemed to be first come, first served.

Stopped for one night. Pictures on website definitely make it look better then it is. Check in was easy and friendly. Decor is worn & could use some refreshing. Breakfast was pretty basic. Worst thing was hearing every bit of noise in the hall. Other than that, the room was clean, bed was comfortable with fresh crisp sheets. Area is safe & taken care of. We did not use the pool, but it looked well maintained All in all Not bad for a budget stay

After checking in we opened our doors and was coughing from a strong chemical smell that was masking a strong musty odor. The linens on the beds had blood and urine stains and 2 of the rooms had bugs. The front desk moved us to different rooms but unfortunately the same issues were in the other rooms so we were stuck at 1am after traveling all day calling around trying to find another clean hotel to check int with no help from Expedia of relocating us. Not what I’d expect from a choice hotel chain. I will be reaching out to their county health inspector and disputing this charge with my credit since we did not received the services we paid for. Luckily the Hampton in had 3 available rooms left to accommodate our party of 12. All 12 of us will be leaving accurate reviews on the clarion hotel website with photos.

The room had a ministry smell to it!
-
Overall, it was a place to sleep. The facilities were old and covered in bad patch jobs. The bathrooms had mold stains. The carpets were just as bad. But the staff was nice and the rate was cheap. Not the worst place I've stayed in.

Check in and out was easy and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom had holes in the walls. The ceiling near the dining area was leaking water while we were eating breakfast. We wanted to watch the sunset over the mountain but there was no outside benches or seating anywhere.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. They accepted our pets with a reasonable fee. Would have appreciated more description on parking as we were traveling for a move and had a trailer. We were able to park but only because we got there before the parking area filled up and we're able to turn the trailer around with a bit of jockeying.
