Studio 6 Suites Chattanooga, TN - Lookout Mtn.

This was not a very good experience. It was dumpy and gross. The room smelled, the pillow cases were not white. One pillow was missing a pillow case. The sink had a old green bean in it. The wall in the bathroom had brown goo all over it. The mini fridge had brown goo in the freezer area. The ironing board was stained. I only stayed here because it was the least expensive option on my road trip. Couldn't get out of there quick enough! Front desk guy was nice. Ill give him that!

The location made it easy to get around the city, and parking was simple. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely return on my next trip through Chattanooga.

A little bit of traffic noise if you're on the side where the interstate is. Not bad at all. If you're wondering where the fridge is, it's hidden away in the cabinet, lol. A little noisy. Pool was shut down.

Pretty good place to stay BUT will need to get new sheets

Good bang for your buck if your not looking for something expensive. That when I got there that I had to pay for another night to get my room early cause I showed up at 5:30am the same day i booked it for.

For what we paid I guess I couldn’t expect better. The location is noisy with the highway and gas station next door. The bathroom door need’s adjusting but it was nice to have a refrigerator.

Very efficient check in. Super nice employees. Loved the convenience of being near the interstate. Restaurants nearby on route 11. Black stone grill was excellent. Motel also has a gas station Circle K across the street. Coffee pot inthe room and coffee enough for 2 small pots, cups, sugar and creamer as well. Comfy bed, Nice granite walled tub/shower very nice. No bugs! Oh yes, doggie friendly 10$ for each pet per night. We shall be back!

had to ask the nice lady at the reception window for clean pillowcases to go over the stained ones on the bed. There do not appear to be any "suites" here. It's just another rundown Motel 6. Would NEVER recommend this place! Awful!!!!!!

The stay was fine. Beds fine. I had thought it had said it had breakfast, it did not.

Clean rooms, very clean with newish furnishings and a minifridge. Helpful staff. Zero amenities, there was a pool area covered and locked that may be open in summer. The area seemed safe but not pleasant, a large truck stop was adjacent and a convenience store across the street. Overall, I would stay there again.

Affordable and comfortable, pretty good location outside Chattanooga city but still close. Cleaning could be better, more room care is needed.

Absolutely nothing! This place was disgusting! Bed bugs bit me. There were two crawling on me in the middle of the night. I woke up scared, called the manager and he said he cant see them even though they were right there on the bed! There were flies everywhere and bugs on the wall. Black mold in the shower, blood stains on the bathroom floor and feces stains on the bathroom walls, blood stains on sheets. Beds uncomfortable. My feet were completely black from the floors. Rooms smelled like pee. AC vents were packed with dirt and dust. AC didn't work, heat didn't work. People were fighting and screaming in the middle of the night, very noisy place by a busy road. I could not sleep all night. There was obvious signs of illegal activities happening as I noticed several truck drivers going into the same room in one night and very loud “s” noises right by my ear. The staff was unfriendly. I just had surgery, I dropped my blanket and I asked one of the cleaners while she was cleaning if she could pass it to me, then the manager began yelling at me that she is not my slave. I thought it was just being kind. They also complain if you ask them to clean. The fridge did not work and all my groceries spoiled. So i asked another girl if I could have some ice and the manager yelled at me again! The tv only played one channel. It was so bad that when I complained, the manager did not even ask to fix the issues, he just said it is not a highly rated hotel and I should not expect highly rated cleanliness. He said I could leave so I did, in the middle of my recovery. I was not even healed. This hotel was an absolute nightmare. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. They also don't give a refund, they charge you for bad service and bad cleanliness
