Lobby was modern but the elevators were out, forcing me to use the freight elevators which wasn't a great experience. My room was just ok. Bedding was a thin quilt; towels were a little frayed and had to run the shower for 8 mins - not an exaggeration - to get the water hot. It was just ok, but you get what you get at this price point. Front desk was very nice, offered water bottles unsolicited. Great part of town.

The front desk employees are not trained to handle other than checking in or checking out situations. Doble check your final charges to your card and make sure the rates are the ones you have on your reservation. Noisy AC unit, and too little space for toiletries at rhe bathroom. Worst experience ever. I sould ask for a full refund of my stay.

Liked the location, which was close to restaurants and clubs. The staff was very nice and helpful. I liked the complimentary coffee in the lobby every morning. You don't find that too much any more. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable. There was a problem with the elevator during our stay, however, and 2 of 3 elevators did not work for the last 2 days of our stay. This was very inconvenient because it was hard to get out of the hotel through the stairs. Trying to get down the stairs was a maze and there was no signage helping us get out. There was signage directing us toward the utility elevator, but the door to that was locked. We literally could not get out of this hotel when the elevators were not working.

Location close to restaurants, nice pool. Friendly front desk. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and beds were so so. Very small room. Sliw elevators.

Centrally located, easy access to mass transit, walkable to all the venues we visited for. Room was spacious, quite and bed was very comfy. Our room wasn't cleaned one day, no big deal as we usually sleep in late probably past the time housekeeping was on duty. The following day, we kindly asked a HK staff member in the hallway to service our room, we were met with a bit of attitude or dis belief from the staff who responded "...I will add it".

The only feedback for the hotel mgmt. is the following: The bathroom door in our suite needs to be replaced or repaired. It was making squeaky noise and was hard to open/close (most likely due to lack of exhaust air in toilet).

The hotel was nice and clean. Mrs. Tabitha went the extra mile to make sure we were good. The staff is great and the rooms are nice and clean. Location is by everything. I really enjoyed my stay.
