I love how convenient this hotel is. However they should FIRE their designer. Whoever thought shag carpets work with rolling luggage has never been a guest at the hotel. The room hallways have a lower profile carpet but still difficult. Even the maintenance people joke about it; not really funny when you have multiple bags.

This hotel is dated and in need of a refurbishment. Only 1 lift working, took 2 of us to turn on the shower, room was dusty. Customer service was poor.
-
Perfect place to stay when you have an early morning flight the next day.
-
Such a relaxing way to fly out of O'hare on an early am flight. Dinner at the Gaslight was delicious.
-
Well past its prime. Restaurant concepts are dead and gross.
-
It’s convenient, I’ll leave it there!

The location is excellent. I enjoyed watching planes take off and land right from my room. I felt very safe coming and going at different times of the day and night. My only interaction with the staff was at check in, didn’t report any of the issues because it didn’t affect my stay. It was more unsightly than interruptive.

Worn and tired room. Needs better deep cleaning and attention to chipped and damaged paint, bathroom surfaces, etc. I chose this hotel because of the free airport shuttle. Nowhere was it noted that I had to phone for pick-up. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, another hotel’s driver told me that I had to call. Then began the search for the actual properly phone rather than central reservations, breaking through the automated voice, and dropped calls. VERY BAD SERVICE.

This property is really dated. Dark hallways with dingy carpet and walls and outdated carpet and wallpaper in room. The shower was nice and the included soap and shampoos were high quality. The bed was comfortable. The thermostats are really old too. Way expensive for what you get. It's probably because it is hooked to the airport and is convenient.

It was a great hotel for staying on site

Always a great place to stay the night before an early international flight out of ORD. Staff at the front desk, restaurants, and cafe are all extremely friendly and helpful. At the Gaslight Club (old-style restaurant and piano bar), my friend said, "This is the best duck dish I have EVER had!"

Customer service was excellent

I really can't write a comprehensive review because we only stayed here for a short layover. Arrived at midnight and left at 5:30. I can, however, say that the hotel was clean, check-in was efficient and location was great as we were able to walk from our plane to the hotel in under 10 minutes. Just what we were looking for. Of course, I wish the price was less especially since we were only there for 5 hours, but it met our needs and we were able to rest for a little while before making our connection. I wish all airports had this convenient hotel choice on site.

The location is great for catching a flight. I liked the ease of reaching Terminal 3. The bed was comfortable. The room was adequate, but the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty. The room smelled musty and almost like someone had smoked in there even though it was a non-smoking room. I could hear the TV from next door. You don't offer a true room service. I called for room service, but ended up having to go down and order it myself and wait for it. This was very inconvenient after a long travel day. The room was very pricey for what you get.
-
Walk to terminal gates from hotel!
-
Close to airport Very poor air conditioning. No drinking water in room. Very old and tired furniture and room
-
Proximity to ORD - loved the three minute walk to the terminal! The price. But I justified as paying for convenience.

Welcoming, helpful staff, Clean, quiet room, Lovely, comfortable Hilton bed. Outstanding fitness room with new Life Fitness equipment! Great breakfast and Honors benefits, Just steps to terminal and train service.
