Night time staff wasn’t the most hospitable, other than that .. everything was great.

This is the perfect location when you are visiting the University of Cincinnati! Easy walk to campus and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, Target…no need to move your car! Nice room and decent breakfast in the morning. We will stay here again!

It was a convenient location, very clean and comfortable stay. The breakfast options were OK. We hardly ate any of it. There wasn’t a lot that we liked, but there was coffee and bagels and some fruit so that was actually pretty easy to take with us while we walk to the university..

A special shoutout to the breakfast host as well, who was an absolute ray of sunshine in a busy dining room! They greeted every single table, cleared things promptly, and brought such a warm, positive energy to the morning. It’s rare to see this level of care and hospitality. We will definitely be back!

Breakfast was adequate. Wish they had coffee available at all hours instead of just in the morning but over all good. I didn't research enough about parking. I didn't realize there was a separate parking garage but it worked out ok.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. While we didn't eat breakfast in the morning, it did smell and look very good. I didn't like the fact that the parking was not closer. It was raining when we got there and due to the parking garage not being connected to the building , we were soaked.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, the rooms were super clean and the breakfast was great! Will definitely stay there again when we are back in the area.

The front desk staff were amazing. I spoke with several of them. They were so friendly & helpful. They had great food recommendations. They really were just overall great & smiling & made you feel welcome.
