Everyone was friendly and helpful. The AC stopped working and they immediately moved us to another room. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they gave us a card and bag of snacks. It was a wonderful experience.

This hotel appears to be relatively new. The interior was nicely decorated, freshly painted, few signs of wear. The amenities functioned as expected. The hotel staff were plentiful, smiling, and willing to help, making this an exceptional experience.

Thermostat adjustment didn't affect air conditioner output. Room stayed around 72 I tried for 68

Overall it was a nice place but you could see not everything was in its place.

Our Room was 225 and all night long about every ten minutes there was a loud banging like a door downstairs slamming shut. It shook the whole floor. Got worse over our four day stay. In addition about every half hour it sounded like a jet engine taking off. Sound would last about 30 minutes. We got verry little sleep.

Hotel seemed clean for the most part. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Never made it.. this stupid app booked me at the wrong holiday inn. I was seated outside of the hotel And press current location and booked another. When I went in they told me that the reservation was for a different one. Tried to cancel and couldn’t because I just booked it. So I lost it.
