What was disappointing was my experience with Expedia where I booked my stay. When I booked my room for two night I purchased a protection plan in case plans changed which they did. On first day ,June 6th ,after checking in I alerted hotel that we needed to return home early and would not be staying the second night. They told me I needed to cancel with Expedia , after spending 35 minutes on the phone they said they would take care of it and reimburse my credit card, this was never done. They charged me for a second night, they $165 of my money even though I paid extra for protection plan,will never use them again.

Todo de maravilla, el personal muy servicial, el lugar limpio, habitaciones limpias. Lo único que no me gustó es que no estaba tan limpia la piscina. En lo demás un muy buen hotel y bien sectorizado

Friendly service Wasn’t as clean as it should have been

It was Clean. The breakfast was very good. I liked the staff. Especially in the mornings. It was noisy because of the road nearby. And a few things that were expected to be provided by the hotel, such as slippers, weren't provided. But I told them and they said they will provided in near future. But it wasn't a big deal.

A/C was not working-blowing warm air. Called front desk to look at it and had to wait 45 min for someone to come up, because they were answering several calls about A/C not working. We were told "that's as hard as it can blow" when that wasn't the issue. The issue was it was blowing warm air, making our room temp go up instead of down. Pool was ok, clean and maintained. However, it did close 45 min early because the staff wanted to, which made some guests in the lobby upset. Both elevators had HORRIBLY sticky floors. There is a nice layer of black grime/build up on the doors/walls/trim of almost the entire common area on the main level. TV cut out constantly, so we were unable to use it. Water pressure in shower was just enough to rinse shampoo out. Free cookies available at the desk, but I'd much rather have working A/C in the room
